The accommodation was quiet, clean and well-equipped. The space, perfectly suited for one person, was sufficient and well laid out, with beautiful brightness thanks to the large French doors on the balcony. The amenities were complete and functional, ensuring a comfortable stay. In addition, the hosts showed great kindness, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The description of the apartment was accurate, without any unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend this listing!

Nicolas' apartment is great! We felt at home and it is very functional and close to transport for the Arkéa Arena and visiting Bordeaux. In addition, Nicolas is responsive during exchanges.

Jeannette’s home was pristine. It was a beautiful and comfortable place. It has a balcony that we used at night while we wound down from a day of sightseeing. Everything you would want to have in a place to be comfortable, Jeannette has it. Very modern kitchen. Comfortable living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. We didn’t have to worry about anything. My wife and I are both retired teachers like Jeannette. Her recommendations and travel tips for Bordeaux were spot on. Very helpful to use. Small grocery store a block away was VERY convenient and reasonably priced to boot. Had everything you might need. And I mean everything.

A perfect stay! Our recent stay was flawless. Bertrand's apartment is well equipped, meticulously clean, and in a central location. Bertrand met us upon check-in to ensure we could easily access the building and then explained how everything worked. He was very proactive with all communications. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Veronique was an amazing host. Took the time to meet us outside and direct us into our private parking spot located in safe garage. The apartment is exactly as described. Very large clean and well equipped. Veronique took the time to walk us through and describe everything for our stay. Just a great spot to enjoy Bordeaux with tram spot near by within walking distance. Thank you Veronique!! We highly recommend this wonderful spot.

As usual, this has been the third time I've booked the space, so I'm still delighted. I thank Agnès for the welcome booked by Agnès and will of course come back to her place on our next trip.

My host was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I am very satisfied with it. She was very accommodating because not normally hosting on one night, she finally accepted it so for that thank you again. The apartment located on Eysines is quiet, peaceful and safe. Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable. The bedding is very good too. I would highly recommend. Thanks again to my host Zineb for his flexibility, kindness and recommendations.

I had booked the accommodation for my parents, including my mother who has reduced mobility. Sebastien took the time to come and welcome them. He was very responsive in messages and calls. As for the accommodation, it is in accordance with the listing. Everything was perfect.

Eugenie’s place was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Lovely balcony for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Close to tram. Would recommend for solo traveler or quiet couple.

Very clean rental, bed linen and towels provided so very convenient not to have to bring this. Alexandra responds very quickly to questions. We were hosted very well. The location is great for visiting Bordeaux. In short, I recommend this rental if you have to spend a few days in Bordeaux.

Jean-Philippe’s apartment was very clean and a pleasure to stay in. There was a bus into Bordeaux with a short 15minute journey time right outside the apartment so we didn’t need to use our car. The covered free parking was also a bonus. Overall a great place to stay

We felt very comfortable there overall. Location, neighborhood, beautiful amenities - everything as described. However, the garden is much smaller than it appears in the photos. In the kitchen equipment, a teapot and a coaster were missing, which were quickly procured, as well as a second dish towel (there were four of us there for a whole week). The bicycles are very simple and quite small. Right for small explorations in the village, but not for further distances. The times in the description - right after the keyword bicycles - refer to the car, not to cycling. We misunderstood.

Phil's place checked off pretty much all of the boxes - only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but Bordeaux unusually warm and we managed. Phil was superb in greeting us, explaining everything in the apartment, showing us specifically how to get to B tram, etc. A truly nice and thoughtful person. Loved the location - quite safe - slight noise issues (local bars), but it was away from the throngs of people (locals and tourists), and the B tram and maybe one transfer got you to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. Lidl and Monoprix groceries just steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed (ate pasta in one night), living room sofa was quite cozy, and balcony was quite nice (just right side has better views). Appreciated the washing machine, which we always look for on multi-week trips. Did Bordeaux City Card (3 days 55 euro/pp) good value. Submarine base quite cool. Pizza kiosk was good! Thanks Phil!

Apartment in a quiet and very well located residence for visiting the Bassin d 'Arcachon. The 2 parking spots at the residence are a plus. Good communication with Francis.
