Holiday rentals with a patio in Mergellina, Naples

We were in Riccardo's place for a workation; fast internet, great location with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, metro in 5 minutes walking and spacious spaces. Amenities of the kitchen are optimal. Riccardo always responded quickly and was a great host. Absolutely recommended!

Huge apartment, very well located to Centro Storico and easy to get around, lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds, big bathrooms. It is on a noisy street which was not a problem for us because we expected that with the location, but good to be aware of and earplugs work great for sleeping.

Francesco was an excellent host and went above and beyond with his check in, recommendations and help throughout my stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and a lovely space, perfect for a couple or one person. The bathroom was super clean and the terrace (shared with Francesco but I never saw him!) was beautiful. It is a beautiful building and all the little touches such as amenities in the apartment were noticed and really appreciated - this is what makes a fantastic stay!! Thank you Francesco - when i’m back in Naples I know where I’ll stay!

Had a great short stay at Francesca & Vincenzo's place. I was welcomed in by Francesca, it was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and they gave me a list of nice recommendations for the city. They couldn't have been more helpful and made me feel right at home. Napoli is a vibrant and busy city, great to be able to explore it from this flat. Grazie both!

Raffaele was always on top of everything! The instructions to get to the apartment are very understandable, as well as the access and everything you need to know, he makes it very clear and easy. You feel at home and the apartment is very centrally located. I will definitely return to Naples and stay with Raffaele.

Great location- 5 min walk to airport is very convenient for early morning or late evening flights. Apt in itself is well maintained and kept clean. Comfortable stay for a family of 4. Great host - very friendly, responsive and proactive.

Ciro was a great host! He picked me up from the airport and I was able to check in early. Him and his wife were very friendly. The location was very convenient as a researcher visiting the university!

The accommodation was very clean, Biagio is very friendly and responsive at all times. Close to shops, restaurant, 15 min from the beach, 15 min from Naples center. I recommend this accommodation, a real experience.

We had a lovely stay at Costantino’s place! He was very responsive and helpful! The home was beautiful and everything was as described!

Super cozy, great terraces, beach right at the doorstep. The only negative point: under/next to the house (in the mountain) is a railway tunnel that is sometimes quite loud. The approach path to Naples is also directly above the house. However, this did not bother us.

There was confusion with check in, but i am sure it was just unlucky misscommunication.Other than that the terrace and the location are amazing

Antonio is very responsive, he met us at the Piazza next to the unit and helped with luggage and check in late at night. Made recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. At departure day, he even called a taxi beforehand with the best rate to the train station. The apartment is at center of Centro Storico, it was safe, convenient, and a great area to stay in Naples.

Great apartment with everything you need. It's a great place designed nicely and huge patio. It's clear that this is an experienced host. Every detail is planned in the apartment and you have all that you need. It's very close to the metro and 20 min directly to the center of Napoli. We parked the car in the attached parking spot and used the metro.

Laura‘s place is a fantastic apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Napoli. Well at first it might seem like it’s not in a convenient location. There is a bus connection just a minute outside of the apartment plus several metro stations are a short walk through fantastic neighborhoods. Department itself has a beautiful view of the sea, and Napoli. we thoroughly enjoyed looking out through the big beautiful windows. Everything about the apartment is cozy. The furniture the lights everything totally great. Bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal. Our hosts were extremely communicative, responsive, and friendly. There was a slight issue with the shower, and they quickly remedied it. Totally great! Overall, we highly recommended this apartment and will hopefully be returning soon!

Excellent place, Stefano was very responsive and helpful! The location of the place was fantastic, very easy to get into Naples centre. Vomero itself has many restaurants and shops. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a convenient,clean and spacious airbnb close to the heart of Naples!

Use the funicular! This was one of the nicest places, my wife and I stayed at during our honeymoon. It really felt like a home away from home. There is a grocery store around the corner as well as a fruit and vegetable market across the street with a very knowledgable owner. This fantastic unit is on the fourth floor, so be prepared to use your legs, and arms if you have heavy bags. If coming from the subway, make sure to get off at Municipio and use the funicular. Google maps will not suggest this option. I unfortunately was not thinking and did not pay attention to the host’s detailed instructions and so it was a very challenging hike up the hill, and will make for a funny story. I had my doubts about visiting Naples, however, staying at this location & having the experiences we did makes me want to go back now, we miss it! Thank you Roberto for allowing us to use your place. I have already suggested it to others and we hope to return someday and use it again.
