The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

We had such a great stay at Jennifer’s place! It was sooo comfortable for a large group with big open spaces for everyone to be in together. Great ammenities too thank you so much!!! :)

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. The beds provide supreme comfort, while the pool is spotless. The Chatlet was a Beautiful stay with three family's the kids loved the pool area and there was enough space for everyone , it was very clean and a lot of space which is great for big family. Was a perfect location if you just want to relax and do nothing with the beach just down the road and a park for the kids. Very tidy and everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. This property was outstanding as far as location goes, we were able to easily walk to anywhere we needed to go. The place was clean and was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway. Danielle was very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. It was very clear that she is passionate about the property. The welcome card and snacks were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed the space and location, beautiful views and easy walk to Warners Bay town. The home has a beautiful court yard, ample space, was clean and had everything we needed. We would happily stay again. Naomi was helpful and always replied promptly.

Beautiful cottage in an awesome part of Newcastle; close to nature, beach and nice towns with all the essentials. We recommended to the owner getting some low-tox cleaning products and perfumes as they were accessible to our young toddler, and we are sensitive. Other than that, highly recommend.

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

We loved out week-long stay at the multi-level home that looks out over Lake Macquarie. The huge windows mean that you can see out in to the treetops and beyond to the lake from wherever you are in the house. Loved the coffee machine and the big kitchen. Every morning the kookaburras would wake us up with a brief greeting.

Wow! I have a lot to say about this bnb experience.. First and most importantly, Sarah is such a wonderful host - she allowed us to have an extremely flexible check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond and her hospitality was honestly spectacular. She was so flexible when we requested to stay longer and even gave us discounted rates. We were shocked at the incredible value her bnb was. It was like walking into a friend's home; such a well stocked kitchen, 10/10 beds, amazing bathroom and shower, beautifully decorated home and all the homely touches that make being away from home extra special. I cannot recommend Sarah's place enough. It exceeded our expectations and Sarah is honestly the perfect host.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic essentials, which was a lovely touch and made settling in so easy. The space struck the perfect balance between cosy and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out whether you’re a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing weekend away. It was the ideal base for our trip, and I’ll definitely be returning!
