I designed and built this place with passion. This space, designed with noble and ecological materials, is intended to welcome friends and travelers in search of serenity and relaxation. This workshop allows me, when not rented, to practice artistic and creative activities. Independent and elegant, it is classified as a 3-star tourist residence. An adjoining 50 m2 garden facing the vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast is available for the exclusive use of guests. The 30 m2 studio is bright.

The Marker

Winegrower's house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise Wine Route. 80 m2 cottage with shared inner courtyard where garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping-pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on weather) are at your disposal Sleeps 4. Fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge and 2 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom. All amenities and activities (biking, tasting, etc.) nearby

The Fruitier de Germolles

We offer a Burgundian immersion in an old fruit tree completely renovated in 2021. 50 m2, spacious, bright, charming. In the heart of the Châlons coast, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bike and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).

A stopover, a trip, a break that you will enjoy in the heart of the Mercurey and/or Givry vineyards. 12 minutes from the A6 Chalon-sur-Saône exits. A unique opportunity to awaken your senses with our gourmet addresses; our walks in the Vaux Valley and to enjoy an outdoor relaxation area. Karine imagined Oh! Jardin to fill up with serenity but also recharge your batteries in the literal and figurative sense (7 KW socket/electric vehicle)

Relaxing setting with terrace, beautiful garden and charm of old stonework... Chalon sur Saône Nord highway exit 15 minutes away, Beaune 25 minutes away... and close to the Wine Route and the Voie Verte, to enjoy the many tourist attractions of our beautiful wine region rich in heritage.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
