Easy and free parking on the street by the property. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and public transport are just 3 minutes away by foot.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Loft-Penthouse apartment San Francisco Telde

IMPORTANT: see the photos of the access staircase. It is not suitable for reduced mobility and difficult for very large and heavy suitcases. Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

A cozy and bright apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. WiFi and cable TV. Located on Salinetas beach, ideal for stays both for work (5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Las Palmas de G.C.), and for leisure (25 minutes from our paradisiacal southern beaches and 30 minutes from our mountains, ideal for hiking, cycling, etc.)
