The cottage is 75 m2+ loft of 12 m2. Car way all the way. In winter you may have to seagull snow 8-10 meters from the car and to the door. Built in 2011, has electricity and water. Sleeping for a minimum of 5 people, can be extended on the loft and with sofa beds. Sunny and scenic surroundings with views, great hiking terrain in summer and winter. Meråker is an eldorado for top hiking, hunting/fishing, cross-country skiing and slalom. Rypetoppen climbing park, equestrian centre and dog sledding 20 minutes away. Bring your own bed linen and towels.

Nice swimming in the river. If shorter trips are desired, there are trails and fishing waters nearby. The cabin is screened, about 100 meters from the farm and has electricity but no water. Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/woodshed. Good mobile/4G coverage.
