Holiday rentals with a patio in Menteşe

Gülnihal’s is an absolutely lovely place to stay in Akyaka. It is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It also has great charm and a big and beautiful terrace. The garden, shared with the other apartments in the building, was a favourite of our kids. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and calm, within walking distance from the centre of Akyaka and the water. Gülnihal is friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend her place.

The place was very stylishly decorated in a very quiet fantastic area with great views of Akcapinar/Akyakka. We were very warmly welcomed and even helped us carry the luggage. The hosts are always quick to reach on site and very helpful. The hosts are very personable and courteous and immediately provide you with information about all concerns and excursion options. Everything was very clean and perfectly planned down to the last detail. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation. You can let the day go unplug at this quiet and beautiful place in the evening and have many opportunities to explore different sights and villages in the area from here. Even with children, this place is ideal and the hosts are very child-friendly. We already miss the time there and will definitely come back.

It was a magnificent accommodation experience that instantly made me forget all the negativity I experienced during my previous stay in Muğla. There are not many options in the center of Muğla and what happens is incredibly bad. But Ms. Nejla's house is incredibly clean, tidy and made our stay for 6 people impeccable. Ms. Nejla is a very caring, very polite, friendly, incredibly hospitable host. I'm so happy to know her. The beauty of her home, the cleanliness also made our stay unforgettable. Don't hesitate to stay here at all. Accommodate more than you should in a home in nature, it's a pleasant place with a capacity to accommodate even your large group. We left Gökova Şemkin Apart, where we stayed for 5 days, very satisfied. The house was very clean. It is a quiet and peaceful place in terms of location, it is very convenient to reach the surrounding places by car, and it was very easy to reach places such as grocery stores, markets, and bakeries within walking distance. Everything that could be needed in the house was available. With a lot of greenery, the house itself, its silence and peacefulness, and at the same time, we loved staying and left happily with Mr. Mert's hospitality. Thank you for everything, hope to come back again:)

I spend 2 nights in Akyaka at Tubas appartment. And I think the most special about the appartment is Tuba herself. She is such a nice and smart person and a really helpful host with good recommendations for food and drinks. She also helped me to plan my trip from the Airport Dalaman (Shuttle busses+ Taxi, quite easy and cheap) and made me feel like home from first moment - and also safe as I was traveling alone. The appartment itself is clean and welcoming, with a really comfortable bed. Its in a good and quite location about 15min walking distance to the beach and with restaurants and supermarkets around. The included kitchen has all basics, but I would not recommend it as an appartement for a longer vacation in which you want to spend lot of time in the appartement and prepare most meals by yourself. I would definitely recommend it for shorter stays as it is a really cosy place with a super host and therefore a good experience. Thanks a lot :) Appartement clean and welcoming, comfo

Nice retreat for people that love the quiet, but still want to find nice restaurants or a beach bar. The landscape is very beautiful. The house is quite luxurious, but not flawless in finish. It has 2 separate units of about 30-40m2 in one building and 3(!) bathrooms. Although it is not oversized, it works really well for 2 couples. The indoor layout is not overly clever, but the outside area with a nice pool really does it. We also enjoyed the indoor warm pool, as we were really early in the season. The hosts were magnificent, by the way. If we are in the hood again, we will consider this one.

It was a truly wonderful experience! The view from the house was incredibly beautiful, we couldn't get our eyes on it. Being right in the middle of nature was very peaceful. The house is small, but very sweet and thoughtful. Walking from the trail to the bay was a pleasure, perfect for those who want to stay alone with nature. We loved it so much, we would come again!

Mr. Armağan is a very kind and thoughtful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully considered and prepared. It was also very kind of him to call to get our feedback and comments. It was a beautiful house that we would want to go to again and again.
