Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Menorca

Very nice house for our vacation, with a beach at the end of the street. Quiet while being close to shops and restaurants. Ciutadella just next door, main road that allows you to crisscross the accessible island very quickly. We enjoyed our 15-day stay and recommend this rental! We were able to arrive as soon as we arrived on the island, which was very pleasant!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We booked this villa last minute and were so impressed with how beautiful it was, clean, amazing location, beautiful pool. The team who manage the villa especially Jody were absolutely fantastic and we can’t thank them enough for making our first holiday to Menorca so special. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🤩

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

Pleasant house to live in with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The rooftop offers a very nice view but difficult to access in summer with the heat. the house is very well equipped. To swim we liked a small cove whose path goes up the street (15-minute walk) but our favorite beach was in Alcalfar. It's essential to have a car. Noelia and Patrick have always been responsive and have good tips.

We have enjoyed a lot in the house! Good location and best views! The host is excellent, very kind and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay in the house in April 2025. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the outside very charming. The house is in front of a very pretty beach it's very convenient

This house is in a wonderful location just a few steps from a pristine sandy beach. It is perfect for families and groups of friends. The house is extremely well equipped, with everything you need for a carefree stay. Prado was extremely helpful and very accommodating, we had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave. We will definitely return soon The 4 bathrooms are great and there was lovely shower gel and shampoo. The balcony is perfect for el fresco dining with a lovely large table and beautiful lounge furniture we enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves, There is a lovely restaurant just a few minutes away which I would highly recommend, Viva La Pepe And there is a walkable supermarket for fresh bread, The Kayak is a great addition and we had great fun exploring the coves. The house is both spacious and private, One of the best places I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

We went with two little kids and it is very convenient. Elena is a great host, very kind, responsive and will do her best to make your stay the more pleasant as possible! The pool and the playground were highly appreciated by the kids. I have to say that end of May the complex was very quiet and the neighbours (mix of locals and turists) very respectful. The place is clean, and has everything to make light meals at home- also some coffee/tea, toilet paper, shampoo etc were provided. I would definitely recommend the apartment if you go with small kids! About the area, you have supermarkets, a pharmacy and plenty of restaurants nearby. However we found the area a bit too touristy, but that is more personal! You also have a bigger playground in the main square which was a plus for us.

Very helpful host for directions and tips for the area (useful directions for restaurants). Accommodation as pictured and provided with amenities described. Quiet area with ample parking. Only downside, not the best kitchen for cooking and an impractical bathroom, Wi-Fi signal is not always present. Everything else is great.

We had 7 wonderful days in the cozy apartment. Although it was already quite hot during the day at the beginning of June, you could ventilate well at night. There is also air conditioning. The humidity on Menorca can be very high. From the balcony (with awning) you have a beautiful view of the sea. Directly behind the apartment is the pool in the beautifully landscaped and quiet garden. Parking is sufficiently available. The area is very steep, you should be a good walker. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the sea. The apartment has everything you need. Gas stove (no oven), large refrigerator, small appliances and washing machine, beach equipment with umbrella and binoculars. The cleanliness was okay, not quite perfect. Carmen was always quick to reach, very friendly and could give good recommendations. Muchas Gracias.

We've had a very nice stay in Fornells for 1 week with our 5-month baby. The flat is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and the town wasn't very busy at this time of year. The terrace and living room are quite cosy, and did not get too hot/cold depending of the weather. Mattress was comfy. We could have wish for more kitchen utensils (larger pots essentially, and sharper knives), and the baby cot was a bit stiff, but those are minor issues ! The rental is managed by a location agency, directions were very clear and we could join them easily. Will come back !

A perfect holiday week, Elsa is an amazing hostess!

The apartment is amazing! We had a great time. It’s not too big but definitely enough for 3 people. In the kitchen you’ll find all the basics you need. But the highlight of the apartment is definitely the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean! Each morning we had breakfast with such a view - it made our holiday very special! You can park directly in front of the apartment on the street. Location wise you’ll have Cala Blanca as a beach and few restaurants and a small supermarket in walking distance. It’s a good location for exploring the western part of Menorca by car.

A beautiful house, 2 terraces. a smaller and a large terrace. Good beds. And Carlos provides some basic necessities such as Water, toast, coffee oil butter, milk etc. The kitchen is also equipped with plates, glasses and good pans. Also shapoo and bath foam provided. Not even a 5-minute walk to the beach. Supermarket for the Best price, but convenient. 10 minutes by car you have an Aldi and a Lidl. You will of course be staying at the house and Carlos has neighbors with a dog. sometimes it barks ( vigilantly) at passing dogs. It is also a quiet neighborhood. When booking, it was not entirely clear to us that you have to climb the one stone staircase to reach the home (This did not create a hindrance, but it is something to keep in mind). There is a bus stop in front of the door, which goes to different stands and to different places on the island ( 1.70) All in all, we had a very nice stay and would rent this apartment again.

This is a perfect villa for a family holiday. the location is convenient for the beach, this is a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy cove with a restaurant. the local shop has everything you need and a larger supermarket is also in walking distance as are several good restaurants. you could manage without a car. the villa is fully equipped with everything, as much as I have at home. This is our second visit.

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

The stay was spectacular, the house is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable, safe, with all the details and utensils needed to spend a wonderful week. The attention from the owner has been excellent, always willing to resolve any questions, in a friendly and quick manner. I will return without hesitation, Menorca is a paradise and the place where I stayed is nothing short of perfect. Thank you very much Esther and Carlos for everything Regards

Had a fabulous family week. Fred and Hannah gave us extensive local information before we got there and were very responsive to any enquiries we had. They provided a cot bed for the baby which was in immaculate condition. The resort was peaceful and quiet but plenty to do and some great places to eat.

the house is very well located, 5 minutes walk from a small beach, without neighbors and with all the comforts (dishes, bath towels, etc.) The turtles in the garden made our little girl happy... and the pool is cleaned regularly, so always clean, even in the wind. Julia is very responsive and very nice. House to recommend.
