Beautiful space, fully stocked with everything needed and amazing local coffee and wine. Private space but still close to lots of options. Definitely check out twelve eleven wine bar and thyme restaurant - amazing food, drinks and service and right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again or check out Tim's other properties!

This place is beyond breathtaking and worth every penny. Not only is it a dog-friendly haven, the privacy, serenity and accessibility to the beach and sunset views is unbeatable. I highly recommend to disconnect, be present and enjoy the place - no need to leave the house. The host has plenty of in-house amenities, stocked kitchen, and a fenced in yard. We are so excited to return to this cozy cottage soon!

Paul's house was a great fit for our group. The quiet neighborhood is only a short block to the town's sidewalks and to a walking/ biking trail in Peninsula State Park. The living room provided a great gathering place, the dining room table was plenty large enough for us all to eat together, and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in several rentals, but I've never seen such a well-equipped kitchen. The first floor bathrooms were both off the hallway, rather than ensuite, which made them easy to share. The photos of the house don't do the entire house justice. Two small notes: the wifi network is listed incorrectly on the host handbook, so this needs updating. We spent a few minutes entering the wrong one before figuring this out. Also, since a fence opening at the back edge of the yard takes you to the motel's pool (which neighboring rental houses can also use), don't be surprised when people walk through the yard. It wasn't a problem, just unusual.

I can’t say enough great things here. Wonderful location with peaceful views that we could not stop talking about. Layout inside the house was wonderful and loved having only a TV in the basement - we enjoyed more time together with no TV. The kids talked a lot about how cozy the beds were and we agreed! This will probably be the first house we actually rent again. Our expectations and experiences were perfect! The location was just far enough from Escanaba to have quiet time and close enough to Marquette to see some sights for a road trip. Thank you for the great stay Jason! (He seems like a good guy 😎)
