Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Nice place to stay

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.

Jen was very accommodating and considerate to our requests. It was a pleasure to meet kuya Diony as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. Highly recommended to family and friends! 🙏🙏🙏

We truly appreciate the location very accessible, everything is within the area, from food to commodities, sightings to other activities, highy recommendable. The house is great, really a complete package for a group or family staycation. Wifi is fast and amenities are beyond expectations. The host is very accommodating and true...very responsive and kind. It was very clean and the view outside was very pleasant to look at. The place was actually very comfortable to sleep at. The amenities listed there were complete and there were no troubles with the appliances & also the bathroom.
