The stay was excellent! Even with some setbacks, such as a momentary lack of light and New Year's Eve, João Marcelo always responded promptly, quickly and with a lot of proactivity in us, to answer any and all questions. The house is really great, with great facilities, volleyball and basketball courts, impeccable swimming pool. The game room entertains absurdly that you can't even see the time pass. Very good indeed!!! Kitchen with great structure utensils, perfect barbecue, wood-fired pizza and everything else. I would stay here for hours praising and thanking them for the stay I highly recommend the house and we will be back soon!! 🙏🙏

The place is wonderful. A true peace center! Very green, large pool and well-kept. The house has great infrastructure, an excellent cottage. Diego is a caring and thoughtful host. We arrived and found pampering like chocolates, cold brewery and juice for children. This year, as I warned it was my son's birthday I even had a present for him. Township won a soccer ball that took the opportunity to make its debut on the home's football field. I highly recommend and we are already scheduling the turn. Diego, thank you for everything. It is a house surrounded by nature and waterfalls, carefully decorated and well equipped. The weather changes quickly, oscillating between heat and cold. We went in the summer and it was still quite cold at night, and it is recommended to bring proper clothes. The 4 master bedrooms are great, there is only TV in one of them . Three are suites, the other with double bed has fireplace and one bathroom next door, which also serves for a fifth bedroom, small with a double bed. In the larger room, with a beautiful glass bathroom, there is air conditioning and ceiling fan. We don't need the air conditioning because it was cold at night, but when we try to use it, we found that it wasn't freezing. The refrigerator in the indoor kitchen is also not in the best condition, but in the end it took care of the message. The hydro is wonderful and warm, but it takes hours to warm up. The hosts are nice, thoughtful people, the caretaker is discreet and competent. It was a wonderful stay.

Roberto is a great host. Promptly answers any questions. The house is very beautiful and well equipped. We don't miss any utensils. The swimming pool is very good and well cared for as is the garden. The internet works very well on all the inside and outside parts of the house. The place is great for rest, with lush nature all around and quiet neighborhood. The TVs are new and work very well. Rooms with comfortable beds and well ventilated and bright. It was a very pleasant experience, and we hope to be able to return soon.

We felt truly at home, it exceeded our expectations, Fabio was the one who spoke to me all the time, and he is super polite and helpful. We'll be back soon, God willing.

Very good , total privacy, excellent space, everything I prepare to make the hosoedes feel at ease . Luciano , very attentive , the Gps , indicated the wrong path, however, Luciano , quickly answered me and stayed with me until he arrived at the house . Thank you , the end of semava was wonderful.

The stay during the carnival was wonderful! The house is very complete, it has all the necessary utensils and it was super clean. The condominium is wonderful and the beach near the house as well.

We were greeted affectionately by the hosts with juice,cake and biscuits. The house is charming, pleasant and very complete. We don't miss anything. The view is lovely! We enjoy full days of tranquility in the midst of nature. We love the house and the place.

Comfortable house, place like photos. My family and I had days of peace immersed in nature (which was our purpose) were very happy with the attention of the host who perfectly described the site.

We all feel extremely peaceful and re-energized at this location. Our idea was to rest and we did it with praise in an excellent space, note 10. We're already scheduling the half-year stay!

We went in the new year in a group of 14 people. The host Mariana has been shown to be super solicitation from our first contact. The structure of the house and the utensils served us very well! It is an old but well-preserved house that has been improved. Our group enjoyed a lot of the outdoor area, very wide, with the pool and the wonderful view!

Rodney is a great host, kind and friendly as well as the homemade Flávio who is 10! The house is very cozy grandma's place type and in total peace. Kitchen has all the utensils we need. bedrooms are 3 being two suites on the ground floor and a room in a mezzanine with tight ladder that we do not use because it smells of mold (can be solved with anti-mold products. I suggest for insect protection screens) all comfortable soft beds enough pillows. The comfortable living room sofa can sleep, TV from the living room and the main suite are excellent internet great Wifi picks up the entire property but has no telephone signal, for us it was no problem the msg App answered. The pool area is great green and birds. We spent the carnival the way we wanted, as a family at peace and having fun in the pool! Honey Dog is a sweet we became friends and our pets loved it! In a next opportunity we'll be back for sure! Thanks Rodney and Flávio!

Heber was super solicitous, with quick and objective responses. It served us very well at check-in and was always attentive. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all rooms, and the atmosphere is very quiet — ideal for rest. There is no telephone signal, but the wifi works perfectly and supplies this absence well. We sure want to go back!

Diva and her family, husband Sérgio and their son Rafael, were very receptive and attentive to us. The farm is a great find! A place to be with family and friends, enjoy nature and farm animals! My son loved the lake with the pedalinho and the fish! And we got ducks in the ducks! 😅 O Caseiro Jorge also very helpful and nice. 👍🙂

As described by others, the house is better than in the photos. Beautiful and clean and cozy place. Lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is complete and everything works well. We were in 10 and the whole family loved every moment. The location of the house is a little further from the city center than we imagined. This was not an issue in itself, but since our goal was not to make meals like lunch and dinner at home, we had two daily trips to make. For those who want a really quiet place, this should be seen as a great benefit! We will definitely get back to host and arrange for a few barbecues on site :-)

Excellent stay! Clean, organized, smelling environment. Luiz always responded with agility and provided the necessary information. The house is in an environment surrounded by green and animals, very quiet and calm, 7 minutes by car from the Vassouras Center. I highly recommend it.

This house is one of my favorite places, it's already my second visit. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a super inviting BBQ area to spend many hours. With a lot of nature around. It is the perfect place for those seeking peace and comfort.

I went to the farmhouse with my family (12 people). Everyone really liked it. The place is a very beautiful place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the comfort of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone really enjoyed the period. The hostess is a lovely person who welcomed us with great affection and whenever we needed her, she assisted us. It is certainly a place we want to return to.

I just needed a quiet place to spend my birthday, plus I won a complete package with mega receptive hosts, extremely cozy stay, a stunning view and an amazing leisure area!!!! Mr. Ailton and Ms. Sonia gave a show in kindness and charisma, people of a unique character, always concerned about our well-being. It was amazing!! I traveled as a family with my husband and children who were amazed at the look of the place that by the way has a sunrise and a sunset of envy for Arpoador rsrs. What view, what a wonderful pool, complete gourmet area, only compliments. Mr Ailton still surprised the children with a ride with the Soldier horse of the place and the night lit the fire so we could make the night of the mashmallow and of course the children were amazed. I'll be back soon. Thank you for the unforgettable days.

The stay was amazing. We took days of Sol which helped A LOT in the view. Everything matches the photos in your listing perfectly. Very proactive Marcelle, it answered everything quickly and accurately. We will return again and again, for sure. Since we only went with adults, we didn't have a problem with ANYTHING. Lincon welcomed us optimally, and promptly answered our questions during the stay.
