Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mena

The cabin is amazing! Great location for riding and sight seeing. We spent a lot of time under the patio and around the fire pit. The provided fire wood was a great touch and they even came to make sure we had enough to get us through the weekend! Parking is kind of small I brought a 25ft gooseneck with 2 side by sides was able to pull in but had to back out. I would not bring a trailer bigger than 25ft. Over all great place to stay. Supper clean, they provide everything you need to cook, clean, sleep with very comfortable beds with spacious rooms and living areas. It even has soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in all the showers.

This is our third time staying at Onion Holler and it was just as great as the previous two! It’s such a peaceful area and the creek provides hours of fun for our kids. Thank you so much and we will definitely be staying again ❤️

We’ve stayed at this tiny house a couple times and always enjoy our stay. Owners are always very friendly and responsive. My husband and I will be back.

This AirBNB is Beautiful and so peaceful. We were so glad with our choice. Everything was in order, we had games to play, and the best part is the host has a notebook in there that has tons of information in it. From information about the house to fun things to do in town and surrounding areas. I will definitely stay at this AirBNB in the future. 5 star for sure

Julie’s place was great. Exactly as described. It was very clean, beautiful and quiet. The location was awesome and easy to find. We enjoyed being right next to hiking trails. If we travel to Mena again, we would definitely want to stay here.😊

Lexy’s place was beautiful and in a great location. 10 to 15 minutes away from the mines. Walking distance to eat. And the rock washing station out back was perfect. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. The place was super clean and everything you would need. Looking forward to staying again when we plan our next Crystal hunting trip.

This was our second stay here. Actually first time was unit B and this was adjoining unit A. Very nice and out in the country. Beautiful area and property well maintained. Fresh cut field was very nice to look at each morning over coffee. Our son and daughter in law live in Mena and we go a couple times to visit

Plenty of room for the two of us to spread out. Nice king sized bed. Nice extras in the kitchen. You can hear highway traffic, but we used the air conditioner fan to drown that out.

Great location to the town and Wegner Crystal Mines. Cozy place to relax and sleep. Very clean

Holly's place is exactly what we needed for a few days of get away. The house was very clean and on a great plot of land. Although there are other cabins on the property, you have a good feeling of seclusion. Fishing in the pond and wandering the property was very fun and scenic. I would recommend this place for a couple or a pair of couples for a few nights.

Perfect location! Loved having quick access to Eagle Rock Loop during our visit. Very nice cabin with a lot of good amenities. Can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely beautiful. So peaceful. Hosts were amazing. We will for sure be back. Lots of great fishing spots. Great photo opportunities. True outdoor retreat. Highly recommended to get away from the hustle and bustle of a big city.

The place was perfect! Location for ATV riding was outstanding. A wood fireplace made the environment cozy and warm. The hot tub was clean and it had powerful jets. The cabin was very clean and the decor was on point. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10!

Two night getaway for 6th wedding anniversary. Peaceful, quiet, restful time. Bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was wonderful over the colder than normal weekend. Enjoyed eating at the Ouachitas and the Chopping Block and looking around the family owned furniture store. Friendly greetings all around!

We can't say enough about how AMAZING this place was for us and our doggy Lulu! The pictures dont do it justice. We started and ended every day of our stay walking and wading in the river- looking for rocks, beautiful mushrooms to photograph, and playing with the fishies! We would have our coffee on the deck overlooking the river and just take in the bird sounds. My advice to you is bring extra sneakers that you can wear in the water to navigate the rocks with ease. Having private river access to let Lulu decide if she was interested in swimming, without the presence of any other humans was priceless. Turns out she loves walking in the water but swimming, she can take it or leave it 😅 One thing i didnt catch is no washer and dryer on site, but there's a nice laundromat close by in Mt Ida, and you can go around the corner to get delicious ice cream while you're clothes are in the dryer- perfection! We 100% will return, hopefully sooner rather than later!

One of the most beautiful cabins in Mena by far. We make yearly trips to Mena and this will be the cabin we will be booking ahead of time each year going forward! Great location if you like to hit the trails and close to town where you can make grocery trips within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Vivian’s place!

The cabin interior displayed fitting rustic decor. The accent lighting on the porch & fire pit adds ambience to the outdoor element. A great option to serve as a base to your local adventures or circle up around the firepit (weather impacted our stay) Things we would think someone considering this cabin would like to know: If you want "secluded" this is not your spot. *see other reviews about the road, neighbors, random gunshots, and public parking by the bridge (we experienced all of these too, but not bothered by it) The TV does scream go outside, its small and very dated (you should be outside anyway) Be sure to check in during daylight (it's Arkansas and we literally fought our way through a swarm of giant beetles to get to the keypad & inside with a late check-in) Bathroom sink hot water is instant so be careful! Very minimal kitchen area but has a toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge. 3 kcups, 2 bottles of water, S&P shakers, and electric griddle Overall we enjoyed it!!
