We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and nature and fishing, while being close to the amenities of a pretty little town. This place is really well arranged, impeccably clean. We will be happy to come back, if Christelle and Fabrice would like to welcome us there again.

This is the second time we have spent a quiet moment in this little haven of peace and we will definitely come back!

I want to start with the exchange with the owners. Exchange through the site but really very friendly answering all your questions. Arrived in the house we were caught by its charm, its soothing, sweet and above all calm and relaxing spirit. The instructions for using the house were simple. The village is very pleasant, and lovers of castles and parks will be spoiled.

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

Enjoyed our stay in Vouneuil-sur-Vienne small house in the forest very clean and well arranged, quiet without vis-à-vis, with all amenities as well as shops nearby. Jean-Marc, our host, kind, helpful, available, ready to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a great time. Having family in this area, we will definitely be coming back in October 2025. Gorgeously located gem in the heart of Cognac, this is a super apartment ideal for enjoying the areas beauty - perfect for long strolls, accessible to Cognac's best eateries and only a stone's throw from the famed distilleries.

Igor offers a really nice little home, with all the amenities you need, quiet and close to services, shops and major roads! Although we didn't see much of each other (mostly my fault!), he was responsive and available when needed. For a single person, it's really cool, and I think it will work for any small group! Accommodation matching the description, everything was exactly as mentioned in the listing, very good for 4 people, a little tight for 6. I recommend this accommodation, close to the Futurocope and all other shops.
