Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Cozy accommodation with a very good price / performance ratio. Ideal for a single person. All places on the North Sea coast can be easily reached by car within 20-30 minutes. Day trips, e.g. to the East Frisian islands, are therefore very easy. Andrea is a great hostess. I highly recommend staying with her.

The small apartment is beautiful and very bright and modernly furnished. The large bed is wonderfully cozy with views of the sky and fantastically soft and high-quality bedding, which is really rare in apartments. As well as the towels, all color-coordinated and soft. In the kitchen there are great dishes, Nordic and stylishly coordinated. A great milk frother, a Nespresso machine, Stelton teapot, and lots of lovely touches. The small but fine attic is a dream to sleep for larger children. It is a special apartment with a great location to the beach and you are in the center of the village in 15 minutes on foot. Communication was always friendly, super fast and the two landlords had great tips for our sunny getaway. I'm sure we'll be back in a short time. Thank you for the wonderful time on this enchanting island!

I had the pleasure of being a guest at Margret's and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The house is lovingly furnished – especially the garden invites you to linger and relax, beautiful. My room was cozy, well equipped and I slept wonderfully. Margret is a very warm hostess and had many valuable tips for excursions. I'll be more than happy to come back!

Very friendly and open family with three sweet children and a reserved dog. Communication and check-in were hassle-free. Everything is as described, the house with a very large plot is partly still in the shell, also inside. My room and the private bathroom were already ready and pleasantly furnished. The rural location is very quiet and ideal for immersing yourself in nature. There are many great excursion possibilities near and far. But being mobile is a prerequisite! Annika and Ben are very helpful and make it easy to feel comfortable quickly. As a welcome gift, guests receive a small towel embroidered with their first name, a beautiful souvenir and unique to Airbnb for over 10 years. The temporary kitchen with coffee and tea, etc. for a small breakfast can always be used. Thus, you can prepare your own meals and there is also a dishwasher. Thanks a lot!
