Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Melgven

We loved our stay in Estelle and Benoît's little house, a beautiful setting, quiet, a small house with lots of charm and very well-equipped. With a child our week was organized in a fluid and very easy way. A big thank you to our hosts who were very welcoming and attentive without being invasive. Everything was perfect! We'll be happy to go back!

Very good stay at Marie and Jean-Pierre's. The accommodation is very nice, clean and very well equipped. Small square of greenery, very nice for an aperitif! Close to hiking trails and shops (car required) Thank you to Marie for hosting us and for her good advice.

We had a lovely stay. Host was always prompt responding to any queries and so generous. She booked local vets for us as we don’t speak French and accepted dog food delivery in advance. She also left lovely tourist magazines to help us plan our time and demonstrated various appliances upon arrival. House was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The garden was secure & fully enclosed by fencing with grassy orchard and part deck, part gravel courtyard affording outside seating and long picnic bench for al fresco dining. Beaches with walking /cycling distance. Kite surfing, surfing and body boarding at nearby Sable Blanc. Best for market Pont L’Abbe, best supermarket & petrol st Super U at Plobannalec-Lesconil. Loctudy lovely to walk around and buy fresh fish and pastries. Beautiful old towns of Quimper & Locronan only 40 drive away. Beautiful coastal drives with lots of villages to stop at. Sunshine all week for our October stay. Hosts were kind & friendly

We would like to thank you sincerely for this wonderful stay in your beautiful farmhouse in Rédéné. The accommodation is absolutely amazing, renovated with great taste, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. A big thank you also for all the little touches you had for our son — it touched us a lot and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. We had a great stay at Renaud's, we felt at home! You can feel that this is a family home that is cared for: fully equipped, particularly clean and well-maintained, with excellent bedding (pleasure of losing yourself in a 180x200!). Very good location, 2 steps from the beach and the coastal path (you can see the sea from the garden. We also warmly thank Catherine, Renaud's mother, for her welcome and the aromatic cuttings we left with :) A big thank you to both of you, we'll be back with pleasure!

This is our second stay at Tiphaine's house! The same pleasure as the first time! Tiphaine is extremely welcoming, her house is very pleasant to live in and functional, you feel very good there! The garden is also perfect for playing, resting and the location is exceptional, close to the beach. I highly recommend this property and thank Tiphaine for her trust and the quality of our exchanges. See you next time! 😉

Fantastic stay, wonderful break, beautiful location,beautiful home and within very easy reach of beaches, village, shops. Gwenaelle and her family were brilliant, kind and warm. We would 100% recommend their air b and b.

A nice little pied à terre in the center of the village, ideal for starting excursions...

The only problem is that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. For us, it wasn't a problem, but it might be for others. Otherwise the apartment is great, large, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a very pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for the walks between the wild coast and the bay of Quiberon. I don't forget the great view of the waterfront that alone deserves all the stars.

We had a very good stay. Spacious apartment, very comfortable, well-equipped. Shops nearby. The apartment offers us a beautiful view of the port. It felt like home . Thank you Sophie for the good caramels.

Rémi is a super nice host, very responsive and really caring!! He thinks of everything to make sure we have a great stay :) The accommodation is very functional and above all ideally located. We park the car at the time of arrival and then everything is done on foot. The location is really perfect. Don't hesitate and go for it!! We'll be back!

Great location and lovely views of the back of the cathedral. It was pleasantly quiet as it did not face the road with the cafe’s on. Fantastic to be able to stroll out to eat or for a coffee. Comfy bed and sofa. Quimper is a pretty and lively town and a good base for exploring the west of Brittany.

We had a wonderful stay in Janine’s apartment. The flat is cosy, well equipped and in the city center. Janine was very responsive and did everything she could to make it easy for us. Thank you again, we’ll be back!

A nice house with a pool. Everything has been thought of in the house. Personal reception with explanations. Very friendly people. Nice beaches nearby and various small towns within an hour's drive. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc. within driving distance by car. For dog owners, the property is partially fenced. One part is not fenced, small wallet with plants. The swimming pool is serviced twice a week etc. We had 2 nice weeks.

We absolutely loved our stay! The community is beautiful, clean, quiet. It’s the perfect space for a family! Not far from neighboring cities to explore :-) It was wonderful to say the least thank you for accommodating us

Jerome's property is delightful and has everything you need for comfort. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet. A short walk to a very rocky coastline and maybe 1/2 mile or so to a lovely sandy beach (although it did have a red flag). Sadly the weather was against us for our stay and unless you are heavily in to walking, cycling or surfing there really isn't much else to do. There are 2 cafe /bar/restaurants but no shops so we had to drive everywhere. We did have a very peaceful holiday but wouldn't return to this region again for the reasons stated above. We would however definitely recommend Jerome's house as it is very beautiful and quiet.

We are delighted with this family getaway in this beautiful, well-equipped house, in which we feel at home. The view is incredible and the lunches on the terrace are very pleasant! A little extra for the comfortable bedding in all the rooms. We'll definitely be back;)

An excellent family stay in a very nice and well located house. Stephanie's hospitality was great!

We were there as a family for almost two weeks. The accommodation is just as great as shown in the pictures. The surroundings are very nice and quiet, the beach is nearby and beautiful. Larger supermarkets are easily accessible by car. The area is very quiet and you can hear the sea. The furnishings in the house are excellent, clean and very comprehensive and there is a lot for children to discover. Communication was very fast if you had questions and the hosts are very accommodating with positive communication. Overall, I can only recommend the stay, the stay was 11 out of 10.

We had a very good stay with friends in this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie, who managed our stay, is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Alain and Carine were very welcoming and responsive to our requests (including check-in and check-out times). The place was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Between billiards, babyfoot, ping pong table, jaccuzi and pool we didn't get bored for a second! We would recommend their place without hesitation.
