Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

You have a closed apartment / 40 m² on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to sit outdoors. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2 × 2 m when pulled out and can be used as a 3rd bed. With us you can play table tennis, billiards and darts. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe Cycle Path, which is only 400 m away, invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Meissen, Moritzburg and Dresden are nearby excursion destinations.

Quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of the new town

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

For the bus, you can use a small front garden where you can sit comfortably and put your feet up after a strenuous city stroll.
