Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mehdya

We had a wonderful family stay at Hakima's house. This spacious, well-equipped villa is perfect for spending time without being too close to each other. We enjoyed the different lounges and patios, the bathrooms and toilets in number and the very nice pool to cool off or sunbathe. It takes about twenty minutes to get to Rabat. It's very easy to get there with a driver via the InDrive app for 50 to 80 dirhams (5 to 8 euros).

Splendid stay, the area is very calm and the villa’s interior design was ideal for both short term and long term. It was also very safe and we didn’t hear any noise all over our stay. Highly recommend.

We are a big family and Emilie's villa was the great place for us, the villa is big and had all what you need for a perfect vacation on the beach , the rooms are clean , nice furniture , big balconies and garden with swimming pool. The communication with Emilie or her staff was smooth and they are responsive. I recommend this place , Thank you Emilie we definitely come again.

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. We had an incredible stay! The apartment was absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person than the photos. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore. Great location as cafes are downstairs. Easier to come and go from the beach side than the road above the flat. When leaving the back door you go right and down one flight of stairs and there's the beautiful beach and cafes. It was quiet when we were there in April. Very nice and relaxing. Flat was clean and we requested a duvet and pillows for the sofa bed in the living room which they brought quickly. Thank you. Very good host.

very good stay at Astrid and Jaouad 's. the apartment is perfectly equipped and very clean. close to shops and restaurants secure parking, top caretaker. very nice to have the pool just downstairs having a swimming supervisor for children. communication with Astrid and jaouad is very good, very responsive. the key exchange was done by their mom who is very kind too. we know where to come for the next few times.

I had a great stay in Kenitra! The apartment is in a peaceful, gated community that feels very safe and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local food scene. Spacious modern apartment with beautiful sea view. The sound of the waves was a symphony for my ears. The sea view is spent in the morning, the night is beautiful. A stone's throw from the cafe restaurants. I recommend it.

We had a fun time! Thierry is very warm, attentive and gives good advice. The accommodation is even prettier in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We were afraid of being hot, the sea air is 100 times better than air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to have a vehicle to stay in the area. Remember to do some shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!

Amazing flat, clean, roomy, modern and had everything we needed for a great stay. The WiFi was a little weak tho. The caretaker guy told us off daily about our dirty feet on the white floor tiles. With building works up, down and opposite, it was impossible for us to keep our feet clean, so that got abit annoying.
