Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Meganisi

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

U prekrasan godišnji odmor savršeno se uklopio smještaj kod Basilisa! Velik i dobro opremljen apartman u mirnom selu Dragano. Basilisa nismo upoznali, kontaktirali smo preko mobitela, ali sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Nove ručnike i posteljinu nam je donio njegov otac, koji po potrebi obavlja i popravke u apartmanu. Kreveti su veliki i udobni za spavanje. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, moguće je i kuhati. I nakon vrućih lipanjskih dana u kući nije bilo prevruće i moglo se spavati bez korištenja klime. Posebno smo uživali u doručcima uz zuj pčela i predivne mirise cvijeća. Parkirno mjesto osigurano je iza kuće, u hladovini. Cijeli je otok vrlo brdovit, pa je i ova kuća smještena tako da zbog nizbrdice parkiranje na prvu izgleda problematično, ali se u stvari vrlo jednostavno parkira bočno i unatraške. Ima maksimalno 30 minuta vožnje do najdivnijih i najslikovitijih plaža na Lefkadi, od Kathisme na sjeveru do Porto Katsiki na jugu. Vrlo rado ćemo se opet vratiti!!!

Eu si iubitul meu am avut o sedere foarte buna si frumoasa. Ne-a placut mult, atat insula cat si casa, foarte intima si utilata cu tot ce este nevoie. Am inchiriat un scuter si ajungeam foarte rapid in centru si la magazine. Cel mai mult ne-a placut cum casa era atat de aranjata, atat arhitectural cat si estetic. Singura chestie in locuinta ar fi faptul ca patul era mult prea moale fata de cum suntem noi obisnuiti, caci noi dormim pe un pat semi-moale este mult mai potrivit pentru coloana/corp ( ceea ce a provocat dureri de spate) si uneori gaseam prin casa gandaci de bucatarie, ceea ce ne stresa, caci trebuia sa ii omoram. In rest a fost super!

Rust, prvé en natuur. Spreekt dit je aan, dan is dit een fantastische locatie. Wil je meer reuring dan is Nidri op 20 minuten loopafstand. Vlak bij het huis is ook een prima restaurant. De tuin is een olijfboomgaard waar we liggend in de hangmatten menig uurtje hebben doorgebracht. Dankjewel Voula

Krásné, klidné, čisté a dobře vybavené ubytování, nádherně upravené okolí domu. Pohodlne postele. Starostlivy hostitel i celá jeho rodina o naše potřeby. V okolí dobré restaurace. Pobyt jsme si moc užili.

We had a lovely week at Efi's villa. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The villa is in a beautiful location and is so peaceful. It was spotless and gave us everything we were after, with enough space for a family of four including two teenage boys! We chose not to get a car whilst we stayed as there were a number of places to eat and beaches within a 20 minute walk.This was ideal for us as we wanted a relaxed, slow paced and fuss free week. However, it is a little hilly so unless you're prepared for that it may be worth getting a quad/bike or car for ease of getting around. We can't praise Efi and her mum enough, they were so attentive and we would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful location.

Everything was fine. The studios are big and have everything you need. the view from the balcony is a dream and the swimming pool is a big plus in the conditions in which it was very Communication with Sifi was easily achieved. A problem would be related to Wifi, the signal being better only upstairs. In conclusion, it was a pleasant stay at Sifi.

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

Wow! This place is truly magical. Breathtaking views, a gorgeous pool terrace, spacious & comfortable interiors- All located in a beautiful village in the hills, conveniently located 10 mins drive from stunning beaches. Athina was so helpful with local knowledge & places to see, we had a superb time as a family of 8. She left a welcome pack of local fruit & veg aswell as honey, jam & wine, cheeses & butter. We felt so welcome and at home. There’s a mini market 5 mins walk away with all the basics & larger shops in small towns in 15 mins drive. Delicious & friendly restaurants & tavernas within 15 mins. The area is easy to drive around. Top 3 hot spots: Vouti beach/ Taverna, Assos & Fteri beach on the water taxi. My 10 year old loved feeding the village cats & seeing the goats walk past with their bells. Great places to swim, snorkel & jump off rocks - The water is the most turquoise I have ever seen! Forever memories made. This house, Kefalonia & Nifi has stolen our hearts.

Dimitris is a great host, the property is gorgeous, immaculate, comfy and great location. Definitely coming back!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit Pool auf der Insel Meganisi in Griechenland zu übernachten und wir können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gastgeber waren mehr als nur gastfreundlich und haben uns bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto aktiv geholfen. Nochmals lieben Herz Dank dafür. Die Villa selbst war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool bot eine malerische Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft und das azurblaue Meer. Die Lage der Villa war perfekt, um die Schönheit der Insel Meganisi zu erkunden, sei es die idyllischen Strände, charmanten Dörfer oder die lokalen Restaurants. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa ein tolles Erlebnis und ich möchte mich herzlich bei unseren großartigen Gastgebern bedanken. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder zurückkehren zu können. Extra Grüße an Elena und Georg!

Lovely villa with super patio space, and nice to be so close to a few restaurants in the village. We had a great time.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft! wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Auch in warmen Zeiten hat man Luft und eine angenehme Kühle, durch die zwei Eingangstüren und die Steinwände. Beliebte Orte wie Myrthos Beach etc. sind super nah. Die Kommunikation mit Nikos und seiner Tante war immer herzlich und angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Къщата беше супер,домакинята още повече!Намира се на много хубаво място извън селото,но същевременно близо до центъра и пристанището.Има хубав двор с градинка,плодни дръвчета и много мили домашни животинчета.!Колата беше буквално до вратата ни.Благодаря ти Панайота за прекрасната почивка!Ще се върнем при вас отново!

Joanna's Seaside House is beautiful and we loved it the moment we walked in. It has all you need to relax in beautiful Meganisi. You can sit outside all day if you wish and watch the world go by in the harbour and walk to all the restaurants and supermarkets and shops with ease. The property is a stones throw from everything you need and all flat so great for the not so fit. It suits all ages from the elderly to the young (my son would love to live there all year round!). Everything was easy to find and Ellie, who was on call with any issues was so lovely. Definitely going back !

Wir hatten eine wunderbar ruhige und erholsame Woche in der Vorsaison, inmitten einer traumhaften landschaftlichen Umgebung und Kulisse. Etliche Locations waren noch geschlossen - umso mehr haben wir die gastfreundliche lokale griechische Küche genossen! Dier Kontakt zu Evi war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich und ihre digitalen Tips waren sehr hilfreich. Wir können uns eine Rückkehr sehr gut vorstellen!

Chris is een superhost. Reageert direct en heeft goede suggesties voor activiteiten in de buurt. Tip: lunchen bij bikinbar, wordt gerund door de lieve zus van Chris. Tot slot was het genieten op het balkon van het fantastische uitzicht op de zee.

La nostra vacanza è stata davvero meravigliosa, il mulino è sul mare, abbiamo fatto bagni al risveglio, con la luna piena, in ogni momento. Il paese è a 15 minuti di passeggiata a piedi, che si fa senza fatica. Il mulino è tutto in pietra, ha una cucina con tutto il necessario e anche di più, non manca niente. Bagno con doccia comoda. Unico neo possono forse essere i letti tondi, soprattutto quello all'ultimo piano è un po' piccolo per dormirci in due, potrebbe andare bene per due bambini o per due persone di bassa statura. Ma è davvero l'unica cosa, il mulino è incantevole, l'unico rumore che si sente è quello del mare, si entra in un'altra dimensione. Niko poi è un host speciale, ci ha coccolati, aiutati, ci ha portato a vedere le spiagge con la sua barca, insomma la vacanza è stata per noi davvero indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo!!

We loved our stay at the cottage. The silence is almost deafening only interrupted by nature & the sounds of goat bells. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need & more spacious than it appears in the photos. You definitely need a car for this location. Tasos is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any questions we had & extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him as a host at any of his properties.

Spiros and Foteini are great hosts. They were available for support at all times. Spiros was really helpful and welcome us on the island and guided us around. Due to the lack of A/C the house is really hot, so when we asked for an extra fan, Spiros sent us one right the next day! He was always there to help even in the night when we needed help! Pros: The house is really beautiful and the landscape amazing. The fact that you can take the car and/or bike to move around. The nature is thriving and you can smell the forest in the air. The house has many plants around creating a nice atmosphere! The hosts are really kind and supportive! Cons: the house is under the sun constantly making it really hot, in absence of wind! To sleep the shades have to be open to allow some breeze in, allowing also the sun and the noise from neighbors. The car is needed to move around so the price is increased. If there was A/C and the car included I would give 5/5 on the price. I strongly suggest the house!
