I had an incredible stay at this retreat! The house is absolutely amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly set up inside for total relaxation. The spa and sauna were incredible too, making the experience even more special. But honestly, the best part was the host. Gary is an absolute legend — super supportive, caring, and an excellent host in every way. I felt so looked after during my stay. I’m already coming back next weekend, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thanks so much Gary 🙏🏽

We had such a great time at Evergreen House! The place is super spacious and comfy – perfect for a group getaways. The gardens are beautiful and the whole vibe is really relaxing. Brenda was lovely and made sure everything was just right. Would 100% stay here again!

Oakvale at Hartley was stunning. The place is huge, the photos do not do it justice! As 2 families travelling together (4 adults, 4 kids 8-15yrs) there was plenty of space for everyone, inside and out. Paul was a terrific host, providing opportunities for the kids to feed the animals and answered all our questions. The house is well appointed and communication from Paul was prompt. The gardens and misty mountain views provide the perfect backdrop to relax in. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oakvale and would love to stay again.

What an amazing stay we had. Fabulous time connecting with family, lots to do at the property, boardgames, a game of pool, sitting by the fire, and relaxing with a glass of wine. The kids loved seeing the animals on the property, the ponies were a highlight for them! Very comfortable and lots of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Highly recommended! We were after a place where we could all be together and chill out in each other's company with enough space to accommodate everyone. We picked this place as it had lounge and dinning space big enough to cater for 12 adults. The extra bonus of pool table and spa etc just made the weekend even more relaxing!

A romantic getaway definitely worth the value, all the extras provided by the host were just a cherry on top of what was an amazing experience.

We had a great time despite rain. It is a beautiful area and John and Ragna have done up the house so well, it's lovely.

This place was beautiful and very homey. Great location! Alan was very helpful and responds very quickly, would definitely recommend to friends.

The view was amazing and we had a good time using the fireplace and the firepit. The house was very good but the view was definitely the star of the place. Steven is also easy to contact and very responsive for any issues we have. It has a lots of books and board games to keep the kids entertained especially the trampoline outside.

This was a lovely place to stay. Convenient, easy to find and a great place to base ourselves for exploring the Blue Mountains. Jess’s cottage had many little extras to make our stay enjoyable; the kitchen was very well equipped; bathroom clean with a lovely shower; extras blankets; all the facilities were good quality and well maintained. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area and base themselves in the gorgeous town of Blackheath.

An absolutely beautiful part of the Blue Mountains. This home had everything we needed for our weekend away. The relaxing sound of the creek and the stunning bush walk was a bonus. Sitting in the picture window in the morning sun was a wonderful way to warm up for the day ahead.. We could have stayed forever.

The peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape. The hosts were welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!

A great location in the bush, waking up to the sounds of nature and being surrounded by kangaroos was amazing. The space was clean and tidy, perfect for a restful weekend away. Check-in was easy, and the location is very convenient, as it’s only a short drive from other towns in the Blue Mountains. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our day so much it was so relaxing. Even our mini schnauzer had a lovely holiday . We had our two teenagers with us and they enjoyed some well needed downtime too . Would recommend this place to everyone and looking forward to coming back again.

We absolutely loved our stay for our girls trip! The accommodation was beautiful! Private, peaceful, and with the most stunning view (photos don’t do it justice). Everything had been thoughtfully prepared, from the cozy fireplace and air conditioning to keep us warm, to the lovely little inclusions like huge range of tea and coffee that made us feel right at home. We spent time exploring the large property and also enjoyed a bushwalk nearby that the host recommended. Such a special place to unwind and connect with nature. Highly recommend and I’d love to come back with hubby. Thanks for your brilliant communication too Susan!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this property and the host. I booked this at the last second as I had a cancellation emergency and the host Blake connected with me immediately to assure me that they could accomodate me. The property is incredible. We stayed here as it was starting to get cold and this type of modern architecture can feel cold but this home felt really cozy - the underfloor heating really helped that. Beautiful touches everywhere. An unforgettable home and experience.

This is a lovely and comfortable property, privately in the bush but not far from Blackheath. We enjoyed the pizza oven, hot tub, bushwalks on the property and the lounges and day beds which were perfect to snuggle up on while enjoying the warmth from the fires. We had a minor issue with the gas hose to the pizza oven but communication with the owners was very prompt and we sorted things out quickly and with no hassles. The house is quite a groovy design with passive features which were interesting to understand. And the instruction book for guests was comprehensive - their guide to local activities, attractions and eateries was lengthy and very helpful. We'd happily come back some time...

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. It is so conveniently located just a few minutes outside of Katoomba CBD. It's a home away from home. It's comfy, cosy, accomodating. With three bedrooms and an office which has a portacot, it would make travelling with your family very easy. In the winter time the fireplace makes a lovely addition to keep you warm. The beds were comfy and the bedding was extremely warm.
