Located in the tranquil Megalochori Village of Santorini, the 19-century Simantiri is a Cycladic-style villa with private outdoor pool, an outdoor tub and a furnished sun terrace overlooking the village. Caldera is 100 m from the property.Fitted with white-wooden furnishings and arched ceilings, the Simantiri villa has a seating and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Facilities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an oven.

Within the surrounding area of the house, you will find restaurants, taverns, a big bakery, mini supermarket, and a bus stop 350 meters from the house, which takes you to all the villages of the island.
