Great place, beautiful area, a lot of activities that can be done. You have some of the best views from the apartment. There’s a mall that’s across the street, and has anything you need. The area is as well great, less of a tourist feel and more with the locals. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host Laura provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home thank you Laura .

The place was very comfortable—great view, super secure area in a new building. It had two massive 70” TVs and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for rainy afternoons. Would recommend.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

Adorable spot with lots of natural light. I also really liked the cafe downstairs. Would refer this to anyone visiting Medellín. At first I was worried about no AC but it was very comfortable with a window open and a nice breeze.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Would highly recommend Alex’s property when visiting Colombia 🇨🇴, just keep It quiet as it’s hard to when going with a group excited to be in Colombia for their first time . Overall the area was peaceful and quiet , close to a lot of local business and restaurants. Enjoy our stay greatly .

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!

It’s a great house in a prime location with tons of privacy, but the house staff are what makes this property the best value. Daniel, the house host, was the absolute man. He’s the ultimate cheat code for foreigners in Medellin. We talked weeks before arriving on making an itinerary - he knew all the spots to go to, handled our reservations, transportation, was our personal tour guide, and was there for any other request we had. The best!! Andres, the house security, was the guy you wish you had for every trip. He tirelessly ensures everything is perfect at the house. He’s there 24/7 and you will be thankful he is. His energy was unmatched - the man never sleeps. He was like family by the end of the trip. Our trip would not have been the same without him. The chef and cleaner were excellent. Recommend taking advantage of as many meals as you can. The cleaner was there every day cleaning up our mess the night before. She was very nice and trustworthy - you’ll love her services.
