Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Medellin

El lugar es muy agradable, limpio, acogedor y privado. Coincide exactamente con lo que se muestra en las fotos promocionales. La única observación es que, durante nuestra estancia, había muchas moscas, lo cual resulta bastante molesto. Ojalá encuentren una solución para ahuyentarlas. Andrés, el anfitrión, fue muy atento, amable y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas y necesidades. La pasamos muy bien.

It is a very nice Finca. The pool is wonderful. The on-site Property Manager Jose is extremely kind and helpful. Beautiful property and view. Management takes care of you to make sure you are fully satisfied.

Muy bonito apartamento. facil de ubicar, limpio y amplio. Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. Muchos lugares cerca como lo son supermercados, oxxo, cafeterias y centro comercial. Enfocándome en el apartamento muy funcional, lo unico a mejorar es el sofa, muy duro, jajaja de resto todo genial. Volveria. Muy buena atención.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I had an amazing stay. The house is as pictured and the neighborhood is peaceful. Wilmer and his team are very professional I will definitely return!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

We loved the location. Hosts were very good communicators and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfectly situated in Laureles to walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This place is ideal for a visit to Medellín!

No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre los anfitriones: muy buena comunicación, amables, y manejaron cualquier inconveniente con integridad, honestidad y mucha calidez. El lugar es tal como se ve en las fotos, aunque un poco pequeño. Si necesitas cocina, no lo recomendaría. Pero el edificio es excelente, el anfitrión también, y el espacio se siente tal como se muestra. Lo recomiendo mucho. 🙏🤍

Our stay at this El Poblado gem was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment itself is upscale and immaculately clean, with a modern design that feels professionally curated down to the smallest detail—think designer furniture, tasteful artwork, and every appliance you could possibly need. We felt safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. A special shout-out to Carlos, the doorman. He greeted us with a warm smile every day, His attentiveness was the icing on the cake.

Well located in Laureles but not in a noisy area, fully equipped. the apartment is pleasant and the bed was comfortable. I recommend.

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to visit Medellín. It's conveniently located near the tranvía and several convenience stores. The property is well-maintained and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, everything was excellent, although there were some nighttime disturbances from nearby music and parties. Additionally, the window occasionally made an unpleasant noise.

Great place to stay, secure and safe, close to the airport and grocery store. Love the service people and front security, always there to help you. The place was exactly what I needed for my vacation. The place was clean. I enjoyed the pool and sauna

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!

Muy buena estadía , lugar super tranquilo, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca

Una anfitriona muy amable y atenta. El edificio es una serie de suites diseñada y construida con el nómada digital en mente, entonces muy internacional el asunto. Muy bien el área de co-working y el gimnasio muy bien equipado con máquinas de alta calidad, incluidos una power tower, un multiaparato y una remadora de grado comercial. El único menos que le vi a la suite (que tiene que ver con el diseño) es que la cocineta es minúscula (dentro de un armario) y es un poco incómodo cocinar. La tarja en particular es pequeñísima para lavar. En cuanto a mobiliario, todo muy bien. Creo que lo único que le faltó a la habitación fue un silloncito de lectura.

Great spot to stay. Only minutes from Poblado. My fifth time there. My favorite air bnb in the area. Best views and close to the action.

Good spot, lots of places very close. Nightlife just a 5 min drive away!
