The accommodation has 2 cozy rooms with double beds or comfortable spring core permanent sleepers. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is very close to Rostock Central Station. It can accommodate up to 6 people with two sofa beds and a double bed. Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the core city near the lake with swimming facilities. Highway 24 is about 5 km away. The bus stops every 20 minutes during the day about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The bike path network is well developed.
