Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It’s an upstairs apartment that is attached to the family home. Entrance is gained through the main lobby with stairs leading you to your own private area. It’s fully self contained with its own kitchen, large ensuite and combined lounge, dining area and bedroom. The balcony has its own bbq and room to enjoy the views of dolphins, bird life and boats going past. There is room to park your boat by arrangement. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks.

The Pool House

The “Pool House” is a 1-bedroom private detached unit at the rear of our property. Set in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walk to the train station and close to Tafe, the Hospital & “The Forum”. 20mins walk to Silver Sands Beach. A 5min drive will get you to the holiday vibe at the renowned Mandurah foreshore offering boating, waterfront parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Enjoy shared use of the pool in season. Off street parking with access to your accommodation through a secure side gate.

Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

We are 1 street back from the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest shopping centre and 7 mins to Lakelands Train Station. Free WIFI. We reside in the rest of the multi story home upstairs.

A renovated self-contained guest suite for singles, couples or small families. Only 900 metres walk or 2 min drive to the beautiful, peaceful Warnbro beach. Guests can share use of our 60,000-litre palm-fringed pool and outside dining area.
