Holiday rentals with a hot tub in McKinleyville

Great stay in a peaceful residential downtown location, walkable to many stores and restaurants. It was a very functional and comfortable base for exploring the area. Nice sunset views from the bedroom windows!

Seth is an amazing host. Responds are timely and helpful. The house is clean and new. High end appliances and furniture. The kitchen is especially impressive, and yes the knifes are sharp! We saw fox and deer during our stay and enjoyed the wonderful view. Thank you for sharing this great place.

Erica was very responsive and provided great instructions. There are other homes around but this property has a privacy fence all of the way around and a gate that opens with code or remote. The home was beautifully decorated and exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub is well maintained and very nice. The walk to the beach was not far but keep in mind that some of the walk across the sand dunes and through the wooded area might be challenging for anyone with health concerns or balance issues. This not a high traffic beach but is beautiful because of the seclusion and is a great place to watch the sunset. Overall recommend this property if staying in the area.

Lovely stay near the Redwoods. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. Wonderful yard for the dogs. Good location in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice trail and dog park within walking distance from the house. Daniel was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend his lovely home for a quiet relaxing get away!

Amazing location and fantastic house. We were there for a family celebration and not only did we rent the main house, but we also rented the other 3 listings on the property. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy each other's company. We were able to play games on the lawn and cook breakfast for all in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had a wonderful 3 night stay here! It was the perfect home base for exploring the surrounding Redwood parks and beaches! The hosts provided a pack n play and high chair too which was perfect for our toddler!

I had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the host was kind and welcoming. One thing to note is that there is an additional room in the back that can host other guests, and the host also lives on the property. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. It was still a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Moonstone Beach is only 5 minutes away, which is our favorite place. The house and yard were very clean. We especially appreciated that the fridge was cleaned out. It was VERY private feeling.

What a hidden gem!! I honestly do not have to look for another place to stay unless the place is unavailable. The host Pauline is so sweet, healing and amazing and she shares that with us. I recommend whole heartily you stay here.

What a GEM!!! A super quaint, quiet, private cabin! The VIEW!! The BEACH steps away!! So close to grocery store- we opted to eat at home rather than dining out just to take in the amazing sunset from our private deck, surrounded by gardens. We spent 3 days exploring redwoods from this central location.

It was very clean and looked just as advertised. Beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful. Very easy to find. Great parking right next to the cabin. Sue-meg state park close by, walkable. I will definitely stay here again.

Plenty of things to do in Eureka. I initially was worried about that. the cabin was secluded and very peaceful, and GPS took us right to the door. Owner was responsive and proactive with communication. Would definitely go again!

Loved this little cabin. Very clean and organized. The tea and coffee gave it that extra caring touch we needed from a long road trip. The area is so peaceful and very family friendly. Will definitely be visiting and staying here again.

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable & nicely furnished. The yard, hot tub, upstairs & downstairs deck/patio areas were wonderful. I loved seeing a variety of wildlife. I also liked the privacy aspect, being at the end of a long, separate driveway in a quiet area. A very peaceful & pleasant stay, with a cute little park nearby. This place is so cute and cozy and right next to Sue-Meg State Park! We loved our stay in the clean, cozy cabin on the coast. They had everything we needed and more! It was the perfect stopover on our way to Redwoods National Park!

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay in one of the adorable cabins on-site. It served as the perfect launching point for us to explore the nearby Redwoods during the daytime and then relax at our home away from home in the evenings. The cabin was equipped with all the essentials we needed to take quick warm showers, enjoy home-cooked meals, and relax with a family movie after dips in the community hot tub. We also liked exploring the property grounds and appreciated the little store for odds and ends too. We would absolutely recommend this stop for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis near the ocean and the Redwoods. Also, bonus, we got to see and hear sea lions sun bathing on the rocks just across from the property on our drive in. PERFECT welcome! We hope to visit again sometime soon!
