David’s place is a great downtown location. Very walkable to restaurants and the river walk. Easy check-in and checkout. Laundry facilities are a bonus. Would stay again.

Loved all the luxury extras! From soft blue light available in the bathrooms and bedroom which is wonderful for migraine sufferers to the amazing clawfoot tub to soak in! Everything was so clean and pristine! Very much worth the cost!

This was a great place to stay. It’s located in a peaceful, safe area. There are plenty of food options nearby, and a few cool things to see. I really enjoyed the architecture of the building—plenty of space to move about! Everything is well-kept and clean—very nice. Would stay here again!

Ashley was everything a great host should be. Very friendly and was available anytime we had a question. The condo is top notch, well decorated, good size and just steps away from all that is happening on the square such as shops, food or whatever you need. You won’t need a car to get around town. We will be back again for sure.

Allyson and Pat are great hosts and we had an amazing stay! We stayed here during Quilt Week and it was so close to the convention center. It was spotless when we arrived and the area is so fun and great to walk around. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay, has everything you need! It's my favorite place to stay when I'm in Paducah.

What a wonderful stay! We had a ladies' weekend and thoroughly enjoyed Traci's rental. What we loved: - Parking is free and only a few feet from the front door making carrying things to and fro easy. - We had to make two special requests and Traci happily accommodated - a slow cooker and an ironing board. - The rental is well provisioned with nice kitchen cookware, plates, and cutlery. There is also hand soap in both bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So nice! - The fridge is full size, which isn't often the case in smaller rentals. - Both beds are extremely comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. - The best part- the downstairs lighting is absolutely fantastic if you want to read or work on a craft. The best we've ever seen! - Downstairs is an open floor plan which supports conversation inclusiveness even from across the length of the rental.

Oh, my goodness, what a WONDERFUL experience! Dana and Daryl are exceptional hosts, and the accommodations they provide went above and beyond our expectations. Spotless, extremely well-maintained, comfortable, well-appointed (there were even snacks!), cozy, and quiet, all we literally had to do was unpack our bags, grab a few groceries, and enjoy our time here. I cannot emphasize enough just how at home we felt during our stay. Daryl even gave us the "Ten Cent Tour" of his wood shop - which I HIGHLY recommend. Both he and Dana have put MUCH love and care into creating this retreat, and it certainly shows. We were truly sad to be leaving at the end of our stay, but so VERY thankful to have had the opportunity to meet this wonderful couple and enjoy their little slice of heaven that they so graciously share with others!!!

This is our second visit to this beautiful house in Paducah and we will stay again. The house is perfectly located near downtown and all the cute stuff to do in Paducah. The neighborhood is peaceful and the hosts are super friendly and responsive. The house is quaint and comfortable. This is a perfect find! We truly enjoyed our second stay.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We felt right at home. The decor was beautiful and cozy. Lots of soft cozy blankets and pillows to snuggle up with. The tub was an added bonus. We definitely made use of the expansive kitchen space. It was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The fire pit was also a nice touch. Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants/pubs within walking distance…and the farmers market as well. We hope to stay there again in the future. 5+ stars!!!!

I’m not sure whether to start raving about how wonderful our hostess Misty was or about how incredibly beautiful and peaceful her hone was! From start to finish, we enjoyed everything about this experience. Misty could not have been more welcoming and wonderful, with special touches that made us feel so welcome! We were arriving very late, so she left lights on for us! Fantastic communication; very thoughtful; very considerate. The home was better than the photos. They did not do justice to the gorgeous backyard and view. The variety of frolicking critters was fantastic! I didn’t know that I could be so entertained watching squirrels scampering, ducks waddling, a crow chasing off small but determined black birds, Cardinals trying to get to the feeder (squirrels), and a Great Blue Heron hunting in the pond!!! Lightning bugs!! I would buy this house, move to Paducah, and almost never leave the tranquil oasis.

Joan’s Place is set in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quite. The home is beautifully decorated, stocked well, and comfortable. Joan & Ken are very responsive and great host! I would highly recommend staying at M& D’s Country House. Only fifteen minutes to the Ky & Barkley Lake area and 15 minutes into Paducah. My brothers and I were there revisiting the lakes area seeing how much it had changed since our childhood and the M&D Country House hosted by Joan & Ken was perfect!

This unit was pristine and exceptionally clean! Everything was as described and my toddler LOVED the toys— was a great surprise when he walked in the room! My only recommendation is to get a fan for the bedrooms— the bunk rooms get warm at night! We have no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely come back.

Stellar! Clean up to date comfortable spacious apartment. Extremely quiet building and neighborhood, beautiful yard, nice porch and very walkable to downtown. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location in this wonderful and special small town. Beautifully decorated, extremely plush and plentiful towels. We particularly appreciated the extra touches including snacks and beverages. The host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear and complete. We loved this place.

Sharon was a great host with good communication up front. We loved her spot in downtown Paducah, choosing it for how walkable it was with the cute shops and restaurants nearby. The spot was super clean and very comfortable and cozy. Great view of the river out her windows too. It was a 5 star stay! Our only complaint was the WiFi which was very slow and made watching a game impossible one night. Beyond that, the amenities were well thought out and there were even snacks on the counter and bottled water in the fridge. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked and would have been easy to use if we hadn’t planned on primarily eating at the local restaurants. We came to town to eat at Freight House. It did NOT disappoint. This was a great spot to stay just a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the local bakery and coffee shop just around the corner in the mornings and were right across the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. Thanks for hosting us Sharon!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were absolutely wonderful welcoming, attentive, and truly excel in hospitality. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon this place without knowing anything about the area. It turned out to be a hidden gem, and I’m so glad I found it!

We had a great visit and lived everything about the space. It was so artsy and comfy. Walking distance to dine great food, farmers market and the river. We can't wait to stay here again!

This is a fabulous place! Very spacious, very comfortable (both the bed and the couch). The kitchen had everything I needed, and the home is on a quiet street. It is so easy to walk to the old town area and the art neighborhood. I had an event at the convention center which was only about 4 blocks away. This was a perfect place to stay and I'll definitely consider it again on my next visit to Paducah. Mason was incredibly responsive to any question I had. I highly recommend this place.
