Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in McCloud

Very pleased with our stay. Well equipped kitchen that included coffee, tea, cooking oil and some dry food. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice shower water pressure and temperature. Comfortable couch. Nice patio with grill including a full tank gas. We will definitely come back.

The decor was tastefully done and added to the ambiance of the property. Dunsmuir was convenient to hiking trails (e.g Hedge Creek Falls, Castle Crags State Park, McCloud River Falls and the Siskiyou Lake Trail) which was our primary reason for visiting the area.

No photos can do justice to this wonderful, wonderful house. The location is perfect—you get a stunning view of Mt. Shasta, and the ability to see so many stars at night is absolutely mind-blowing! Not to mention how cozy the house is—beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. My friends and I are so thankful the universe led us to Janet's house; it truly was the cherry on top of our trip to Mt. Shasta. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

This is a great place to stay when visiting the area. It is walkable to restaurants and the downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Check in was easy. Would stay again.

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. It's dog friendly and the yard is amazing - big and nice outdoor seating areas. The house had everything we needed, great kitchen, cute bedrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of additional lines and towels. One can walk downtown to restaurants and shops very easily and all are dog friendly. Host communication was prompt and we were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent welcoming home, perfect location, clean and the host was super helpful about everything. The home was decorated beautifully with an excellent kitchen where we cooked for ourselves most of the evenings. Outside was a peaceful backyard where we enjoyed nature at it's fullest. Michelle created such a beautiful and homey space. The garden is so lovely with an epic view of Mt. Shasta. It was a pleasant surprise to find toys in the closet for my daughter to play with. It was also really nice to have the park so close by. The train was loud the first night but then we got use to it. My daughter felt right at home and did not want to leave. We definitely want to come back!

My family and I recently stayed at Paula’s Place. The home is exactly as pictured; very clean and spacious! Paula was great with communication and was very responsive. We were fortunate to see deer and horses nearby.. truly so peaceful! We hope to stay at this wonderful home again in the future!

Thyra made the place feel like home with all the extra goodies!! Eggs and juice, (oatmeal and pop tarts) in the fridge, popcorn, candy, Coffee and teas. Probably the best deal on air bnb! Right down the street from wonderful waterfall hike! That’s why we chose to stay here and it was a great choice!

The Airbnb was amazing! Checking and checkout were very smooth. The house was amazing! So much natural light. The kitchen is beautiful. The deck is gorgeous, with plenty of space to relax in the sun. Definitely will stay next time we are in town. Love the location, very walkable.

A nice, peaceful and beautiful place. Conveniently located, almost 15 mins to Mt Shasta City. Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodated our odd hours checkin and checkout. Very knowledgeable about the area as well.

This is a very nice place, when we got there it was 95 outside and the air-conditioning was on the place was so cooled off and cute as can be. I loved all the décor touches. The kitchen was very well stocked and nice to fix meals in. If you like to hike this is the place to hike and eat! The downtown sadly is somewhat deserted but I shopped at the art gallery and a few vintage stores. Plenty of restaurants! My small dogs had a safe place to run around too. I forgot there leaches and harness but for a small fee Anna sent them to my home. Thanks you Anna for your kindness and extra help! Lisa

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

Wow-Thyra was a wonderful host! I never get to go on trips so it’s quite a big deal for me when I plan one. My partner and I had so many recommendations and what to expect due to Thyra’s awesome communication long before we even had the day of our arrival. On the day of, we parked early just to secure our parking spot and she welcomed us in early which was very convenient and nice after driving a few hours. In addition to the quaint, cozy, tidy home she had left a couple beverages and snacks that ended up being a life saver after some hikes! I had such a memorable experience, I planned a really special anniversary trip and having a nice quiet place to get back to after a tiring day and site seeing made it that much more comfortable and amazing.
