Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mazotos

Staying in Limassol for the first time, we couldn’t have picked a better place. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. The private parking space was a great convenience for our rental car. Panagiotis and Alexandra went above and beyond, meeting us at check-in and thoroughly explaining everything. They were always available and responsive to any questions we had. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the terrace. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Limassol.

We couldn't have chosen better, from the location to the host. The apartment has everything you need, I could move in right away... Great floor plan, spacious, airy, comfortable, clean. In the bathroom you will find shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, in the kitchen Nespresso machine with capsules, the water filter is a great idea, the bed is perfect and big, great pillows. A couple of power adapters. We arrived after midnight and although the self check was very easy, our landlady Katerina was awake online in case of any questions. We were welcomed with snacks, local wine and a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is high up, lots of windows, you can see half the city, the sea...the beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment, great for swimming, after every tour we jumped into the sea to refresh ourselves. in Limassol, that's The place.

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

The location of the apartment is good. Accessible, close to anything you may need. Very easy to find and exactly like in the pictures. Good utilities and good quality. It’s modern, very comfortable and clean. Our stay went smoothly without any difficulties because the apartment had everything we needed.

This place was perfect for our family. We had a newborn and a toddler with us and the host was very accommodating. He was so helpful when we arrived all the way until we checked out. We had everything we needed at this place. Everything was walkable for us. The place was really clean and neat. The only issue we had was finding the place. We used google maps and it didn’t pin the correct location. Other than that this was an excellent place to stay. We felt at home and comfortable. It was close to the beach and shops.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and responsive – communication was fast and helpful every time we needed something. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located close to the beach, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended!

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Attentive and friendly hostess, beautiful house, it was convenient for me to the University of Cyprus, the house has everything you need for living.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Lovely old world accommodation with museum like fixtures and fittings. As soon as you step through the door it was like stepping back in time. Very homely feel, clean and had everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. A bottle of local wine and ice in the freezer was a welcome touch, often overlooked. Aircon was good when required and plenty of hot water when needed. Plenty of space to chill inside and a nice deck area outside with lovely views over the village and down to the sea. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout. Lefkara itself is a beautiful mountain village with plenty of options for dining and drinking just a short stroll away if desired. No parking as it’s a village centre house, however free public parking just a few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent experience and one we were privileged to be able to have, thank you for opening up your home.

This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved it — the house is incredibly spacious, full of natural light, cozy and just overall amazing. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, everything was spotless. There were so many amenities, thoughtfully provided for every need. The outdoor area was stunning, with a huge garden and breathtaking views. At the same time, it felt very private and peaceful — no disturbances at all. It was an unforgettable experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was wonderful with all the comforts—you truly felt at home. The decoration was unique and creative! The host was welcoming and available for anything we needed.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.
