A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. Ziona was a wonderful and friendly host. thanks for having us!

For anyone looking to explore Hunter Valley Wine Country I could not recommend this enough! Had absolutely everything we needed for the best long weekend away. The place was spotless and so well stocked, with the loveliest welcome gift. Tamara was so responsive and helpful, I can’t wait to recommend it to all my friends (and come back!)

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. Cath and Pat were amazing hosts. The place was massive, super clean and even better than we thought! There was an abundance of amenities provided and they made us feel right at home. They also provided a list of amazing local information from where to shop, where the best parks were and where the best local foods were. An amazing place to stay and we will definitely be back given the opportunity!

Wow! I have a lot to say about this bnb experience.. First and most importantly, Sarah is such a wonderful host - she allowed us to have an extremely flexible check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond and her hospitality was honestly spectacular. She was so flexible when we requested to stay longer and even gave us discounted rates. We were shocked at the incredible value her bnb was. It was like walking into a friend's home; such a well stocked kitchen, 10/10 beds, amazing bathroom and shower, beautifully decorated home and all the homely touches that make being away from home extra special. I cannot recommend Sarah's place enough. It exceeded our expectations and Sarah is honestly the perfect host.

Such a unique house. Plenty of space, walking distance to the ferry into Newcastle CBD and the beach. Host was flexible with earlier check in and later check out but I guess that depends on bookings before and after.

Lovely homey stay over long weekend. Beautiful natural light filtering through glass doors. Gorgeous high ceilings which made it feel so spacious. Original house features complimented with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning made it comfortably warm. Electric blankets on all beds allowed for extra comfort and a good nights sleep. Definitely recommend to stay.

house was very tidy, great linen and well stocked. only thing was that our work truck couldn't fit down the narrow driveway as it is a battleaxe block.

It was the ideal base for our trip, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Very comfortable and tastefully presented accommodation as advertised. Backyard looks great too although a bit cold for us to use it at this time of year and didn’t bring the dog this time. We had no issues but nonetheless communication was quick and smooth. Happy to recommend, would stay again

The fact that this is our third stay says it all. Thank you for being flexible and for welcoming us back. We had such a lovely break. The water, ducks and swans took us away from city living immediately. We so appreciate our home away from home.

Sonia’s House is in a quiet community with beautiful views. Wake up with birds as your Alarm Clock. A Gorgeous Kitchen with all the utensils you need to feed the family. A chemical free non toxic environment, is very much appreciated. Thank you ☺️

Beautiful completely newly renovated house surrounded by vineyards. Lovely terasse, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was incredible. Bree and Michael are amazing hosts, super helpful and answering our message super fast. We had amazing night in this beautiful place and wish to be longer. We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. We really enjoyed staying here, it felt like a home away from home. It had every little thing that makes a place feel like a home instead of a hotel like accomodation. The kitchen was very well stocked. The kids also loved having toys and the baby equipment was very handy. The location is great, walkable to restaurant, beach, museum, etc. The hosts were very communicative and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Best hosts we have had to be honest . Perfect family location, foot paths, flat streets and new park next to it. The place was great value, nothing wrong and functional for families. Top service and we are returning customers. Dave
