A large, handsome and comfortable 4 bedroom traditional country house, set in stunning grounds with two barns and a separately let 2 bedroom guest cottage. The house is attractively arranged on a circular drive, with a pond, wooded gardens and a mature orchard. Built in 1832, La Bruyere is located in a wonderful rural spot within walking distance of the town of Ambrières-les-Vallées. The spacious living areas make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends.

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

The Annex of Plessis Bochard

In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a lovely mezzanine bedroom with sink and corner bathtub. Garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a heated swimming pool, in addition to two bicycles to discover Saint Céneri and the Alpes Mancelles.
