You are very close to the Château de Carrouges and the Maison du Parc Normandie Maine. Ecouves Forest is 5 minutes away, the Alpes Mancelles and Bagnoles de l'Orne Thermal Station are 20 minutes away. Enjoy our large, fully enclosed and unoverlooked garden.

Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. It will consist of bread, pastries, butter, homemade jams, yogurt, dried fruit, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee or chocolate, ham, egg, rillettes and cheeses

In this former fisherman's house, with direct access to the Sarthe, Viviane and Francis offer two cozy bedrooms with separate bathroom. Ideally located for water sports and especially for fishing enthusiasts, this charming little house will certainly delight you. The Champagne and Sable golf courses are 15 minutes away. The market is very lively on Thursday mornings. Shops are nearby, as well as the restaurant "Le fil de l'eau".

In the heart of nature, on the GR365, quiet is guaranteed. Within an organic farm, where we raise poultry, and where we grow small red fruits as well as aromatic plants, there are 3 guest rooms, a shared bathroom, upstairs of our house. A separate entrance is reserved for the rooms as well as a small kitchen. Many places in our garden can be shared. Breakfast with local products is included. Meal tray upon request.

In a pretty Sarthe farmhouse, in the heart of a landscaped park, we offer a private room with a double bed. In the adjoining room, it is possible to accommodate up to two children in a bed (to be specified when booking, €10 per person). In addition to a bathroom and toilet reserved for guests, you can enjoy the different spaces of the house (living room, kitchen...) and the garden. Breakfast is included.

Very spacious room completely redecorated by its owner. You will find a central bed of 140 x 190, a large desk on the right with a large skylight overlooking the garden and the green valley. A sitting area with armchair and rocking chair, and a kettle to enjoy tea or coffee. Not to mention a walk-in closet, an entrance, library and a large private bathroom.
