This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet location. The view was amazing with plenty of local amenities and restaurants. The area is safe, within walking distance to beach, comfortable, roomy. Just what we needed for a get away with 7 teens. The kitchen could use some mixing bowls and more utensils, but otherwise we'll stocked. Maria was responsive and a great host. Hope to stay here again. Thanks for a GREAT vacation.

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

Kevin’s place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for our babymoon, and it couldn’t have been more special. The space is intimate, peaceful, and perfect for two. It was spotless when we arrived so clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was such a memorable experience, we’re already planning to come back and stay longer next time! The view was beautiful, and the beach is just a short walk away. The soothing sounds of nature made everything feel even more relaxing. We loved hearing the animals at night and spotting iguanas around the property it truly added to the charm. Thank you, Kevin, for helping make our babymoon so magical!

Antonio's place is a little paradise in a fishing village. the rest of the area is not great looking, but there are great fresh fish and lobster shops super close. the apt is super clean and so are the grounds around his place. You are right on the water surrounded by mangroves and docks. Lots of birds calling. One negative for me were the biting insects that left me with welts, but my husband didn't have this issue. Bug spray would have prevented this. Well worth the price because of location.

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Super grateful and satisfied with the place and the service. This is the second time we've stayed here and we'd stay a thousand more times. It really is a very cozy, quiet place and close to everything, perfect if you want to get away with your family or your partner. Dixie is very kind and helpful, she is always attentive to make sure you have everything you need and feel at home.

My husband, I and my family found this accommodation extremely satisfying. The view from the condo was beautiful which included sunsets at your finger tips! The large wrap around veranda was a great addition to the spacious, comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable which was quite important for our 2 month stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our frequent in house cooking. An abundance of towels were available for our stay. Everything you might need for a good beach vacation was provided; chairs, umbrellas, water floats, cooler, beach blanket, etc. We appreciated it all. The local beach was a short walk from the complex. Dorkas was a very responsive host and acted in a timely fashion to any requests we had during our stay. We felt very comfortable knowing that Dorkas was there to help in any way. We would not hesitate to return for another winter getaway in the future. Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience for us all!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

This is our second stay at Wanda’s Airbnb. It was just as wonderful as our first. The place is located directly across street from the most beautiful beach with amazing sunsets. The room has everything you need.. comfortable and immaculate. The outside common areas are beautifully maintained. Close to many restaurants and things to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rincon and the villa. The villa matched the description with a beautiful view of the Caribbean from all rooms. While it matches the colonial decor, a few fixtures and finishes could use a refresh. That said, none of these things impacted our great experience. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mary’s beachfront apartment in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and it was nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning — you can see the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the soft sandy beach just steps away. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, but also close enough to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Mary was an exceptional host, always responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and plenty of towels. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, it was the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it!!! 😁

We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was great. The location is very convenient, nice beach and the apartment had everything we could need.

Jim was a super hospitable host. His place is perfect for direct beach access with assigned parking, and just a super location. He was there to greet us when we arrived and checked on us throughput. The backyard is set up for a great time without even having to make it down the stairs to the beach. I enjoyed spending the evenings out there on the benches and hammocks while watching my son skimboard, surf, and swim incessantly.

Well...what can I say? Playa Delirio and Gabriel have received stunning reviews from us guests for a reason: both it and he are the real deal. Beautiful home on a wonderful property and ideal host, with nothing left wanting! My wife and four boys (in their 20s) stayed a full week, and we all loved the place. It is everything shown/described, and more! The property is super clean, modern, and composed of quality throughout, from the linens, mattresses, towels, furniture, appliances, accessories, etc., to the premium soaps/lotions provided in the bathrooms (so much liked that my sons immediately went out to buy them upon our return home!). A real plus: the condo is so spacious and has so many rooms (including outdoor areas) that we could be both all together or spread out and enjoying our own quiet individual time. And with direct access to a clean, safe beach yet close to the Rincon amenities, how could you do any better than Playa Delirio? You will NOT be disappointed!

This place and it's location, are perfect! Enjoy the beautiful west side sunset by the balcony, beach or pool without getting out of the complex. Lots of ocean front restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and fully equiped as described. Carlos is a 5 stars host. Very attentive and responsive.

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

We stay in a lot of Airbnb’s - this is easily one of the best we’ve rented. The hostess clearly cares about this property. It’s both immaculately clean, well-decorated, and feel cozy and homey while still feeling very professional. All the amenities were as-listed or better, very above and beyond with board games and kitchen offerings and hair tools and record player. The location is very private and peaceful, despite being very close to restaurants and bars and right on the water. Loved taking the kayak out to the little island! Host was clear with instructions and friendly, ensuring we had everything we need. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a wonderful 4 days stay in Rincon. The apartment was as described. It was clean, very well equipped and has a very nice small beach attached. The area offers beautiful beaches, nice bars/restaurants and nice people. Our host Cheryl is a very helpful and warmhearted person. Her guest activity booklet was great. We definitely recommend this place!
