Holiday rentals with beach access in Maxaranguape

Place is really lovely! The apartment is very comfortable, the condominium extremely organized, the swimming pool always clean, very respectful and polite residents, a restaurant practically within the condominium with affordable prices and a practically private beach. My only suggestion to the host would be to leave slightly larger pots available, a spare mattress and, above all, a bottle, since there is no on site and it was a bit costly to always have to go on the street to buy more water. In addition, the house is well equipped, with comfortable, air-conditioned and very clean rooms. The sea is strong even at a low tide, but nothing impossible to take a bath. Walking a little along the waterfront, it is possible to find tents and beaches a little calmer for those with children. The contact with Rodrigo was good, who was always able to answer my questions. The site is an excellent request for those looking for a rest with the family. Hope to return soon!

Super quiet, cool place, super attentive host!

Space accommodated my family and our pet very well. Comfortable beds and spacious flat. Safe location, close to beach and pool, great for those who go with children. The host Flamarion was very helpful and was always available to ask questions and watch us. Some bed/ bath linens, and some of the furniture and utensils are well used and need repair or replacement.

The place is very beautiful and calm. The house contains amenities for the stay. It is very close to the beach.

The stay at Ana's house was wonderful! The house has a complete structure.. it is beautiful, welcoming and very well ventilated. The location of the house is good and communication with Ana was great. Everything amazing!

The accommodation at Vera's house was EXCELLENT! We went in a group of friends and couples for the New Year's Eve period 22/23 and we really enjoyed the tranquility and comfort of the house and the beach of Muriú. The beach is very quiet and empty, so it's great for those who want to enjoy more privacy, and we got market delivery and drinks so we don't even have to leave the house much. The internet worked well for those who needed to work. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed and bath linens were changed frequently. Vera helped us a lot by passing the contacts of housekeepers for cleaning and cooking, and all of them were excellent, besides the homemade. Without a doubt, they were a high point of our lodging - attentive, careful, good people to chat and gave us incredible support during our stay. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived and was continuously cleaned while we were there. The caretaker was also super helpful the whole time and kept the outdoor area always well organized.

Host took a long time to respond, I only found the place because I had rented another chalet with another owner who sent me the location. But when I got there, it was easy to communicate. The property was moldy, but the host relocated us to another unit. We got a lot of good service.

The house is beautiful, we went only with my partner but comfortably accommodates 8 people. It is nicer than what you see in the photos and has everything you need for a long stay. We really enjoyed the pool and garden. It has beautiful views of the coastline, with a wind that is appreciated on hot days and the gentle sound of the waves. It is located on the sand a stone's throw from a super quiet sea and you can reach all sides on foot. Natalia responded quickly despite the short anticipation of our reservation and gave us helpful tips to manage us in the area, she was always attentive that we enjoyed our stay! If you go to Maracajaú I definitely recommend this place, it made all the difference!!

The appartement is great and spacious, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Accommodation as described. Everything clean and neat. Detail only for the air-conditioning which, being old, did not cool so quickly. Location is literally Beira-Mar, which is great. But the town at night has nothing to do, having to resort to the surrounding towns. To rest is perfect. It is suggested to offer breakfast, even if I pay part, taking into account the lack of infrastructure of the city (groceries very far away).

The rental was worth it; the beach is beautiful, the sunrise is a spectacle seen from the chalet!
