I was happy with the place. The host was nice and helpful giving good tips and getting us prepped with breakfast to go the day we left. The house comes with a beautiful view. The spacs is perfectly fine for two people but somewhat cramped for children. The breakfast was good, and the pancakes they made were amazing. I really recommend the place. I used the tuk he recommended to see around the city, but found my own cheaper inter city transport

If you’re a nature lover, this is the perfect getaway for you. Imagine waking up to the soothing melodies of birdsong—it’s an experience we thoroughly enjoyed. Make sure to arrive before dark, as finding the place can be a bit tricky after sunset. A special shoutout to the chefs—they are truly exceptional! The food was not only delicious but also prepared with great care, and their friendly and helpful demeanor added to the charm of our stay. All in all, it’s a stunning haven nestled in the heart of a lush forest—a serene escape surrounded by nature’s beauty.

Our stay at Wildberry was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible host and the manager, who went above and beyond to take care of our every need — their attention to detail and kindness truly made our experience special. The food deserves its own standing ovation — every meal was bursting with flavor and better than anything you’d find in the city. It was clear that love and care went into every dish. And the view — absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such serene beauty each morning felt like a dream. Wildberry is a slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to return.

Some places you stay at, others stay with you - this was definitely the latter. We came to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and somehow everything just clicked - the people, the setting, the timing. Shirani, our host, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and her help made the day feel so personal and special. The home is stunning, peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of character. Even the most beautiful photos can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. Chef Kavin’s food was unforgettable. Absolutely soul-satisfying. We pushed our checkout just to have one more meal. Kapila, our butler, quietly ensured everything ran smoothly. Milan, the manager was kind, responsive and was always ready to help. Chandra and the gardener kept everything spotless, quietly working in the background. This trip became one of those rare, treasured memories. Our hearts are full and this place will forever be a part of our daughter’s first chapter.

It was a very good stay, the most beautiful Airbnb I've had in Sri Lanka so far. Very modern and clean. Thank you for the last minute recording, I still requested at 9:30 pm and fortunately was able to stay there, thank you again.

Wow! This place is incredible, if you love golf you’ll be in heaven. I’ve never played at a more friendly club ever! The members are so welcoming and we made some awesome friends here that we will keep in touch with. Alan is a great host and did even more than required we feel really privileged to have met such wonderful people. His property is amazing, you won’t be disappointed, along with his care taker and house keeper we felt relaxed, safe and well looked after. Our 10 day stay here will be hard to beat, we can’t wait to come back!

It was even nicer than the pictures. The view, the tranquility. And I have never seen the quality of the amenities anywhere in Sri Lanka. The manager of the hotel and his wife, who cooks deliciously, were so incredibly sweet. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

First of all, Indrajith was a very great host! I met his wife and the staff person on the property showed great hospitality! Second, I absolutely loved my stay! It was so peaceful, and I felt right at home in the jungle! The food was delicious! This stay is perfect if you looking for an authentic stay in nature with modern amenities. I could stay here long-term. I told him as soon as he get WiFi so I can get some work done, I may be a full time guest! ☺️ Now I will warn you that the road to get there is not ideal. It is off the beaten path, but so worth it once you make the trip up. We hired a driver with a jeep on the way back which was much more pleasant since we had backpacks and luggage to carry. So I recommend working with the host to book a driver with a jeep to take you up the mountain. Other than that, this is by far the best serene place in the jungle I have experienced in Sri Lanka!
