Holiday rentals with a patio in Mavrikiano

The Penthouse apartment was just as described and as the pictures showed. Very modern and clean, and the host and his team were very responsive during the stay. Would definitely stay again, the location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and mini markets, you have everything you need on your doorstep with no need to drive anywhere unless you want to. The only thing missing was mirror’s in the bedrooms for drying hair which would be a really helpful addition. There are mirrors in the bathrooms, but not really suitable for hair drying once the bathroom is all steamed up from a shower. That being said, it would not stop me from returning.

We had an incredibly beautiful time in Tertsa, it's perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. The beautiful beach is right across the street from the house and all the residents are very friendly, you quickly feel at home and are greeted by everyone. Poppy welcomed us very warmly, she cooked a lot of delicious food for us, which awaited us upon our arrival. She is always quick to reach and very helpful and warm, the most amazing hostess you could imagine! The garden and terrace is also beautiful and you are close to nature!

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. We enjoyed a fantastic four days in Aris’ place, the views of the plateau and mountains are just beautiful! We felt right at home, and it was lovely to have Aris and his wife physically there at check in, a rarity these days! The images really don’t do this place justice, it is up some winding roads but we were prepared for that having visited the plateau in 2012. We can’t recommend staying here more, we really wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Aris had a fantastic hire car recommendation too, which was also great, and we had some amazing recommendations from them too. Thank you very much Aris!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The neighbors also welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need. In the morning, we were able to enjoy our coffee directly by the sea, which is just across the street. The next largest city is within easy walking distance. The tavern next door is also very tasty and recommended. Likewise, the small bar opposite, great atmosphere right by the sea. Communication with Katerina was very good. Quick and helpful response. We thank you for a great time and will be happy to come back.

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought the sea would be missing, but that wasn't the case at all. We really came to rest – walks in the area were enough for that. Actually, we planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice excursions, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory. A gem and a beautiful retreat in southern Crete. The villa has everything your heart desires, a beautiful view, pool and a modern kitchen that makes every heart of a hobby cook beat faster. I will miss the morning and evening bath in the pool with the view. Since it has almost no light pollution, you can see a starry sky and the Milky Way with the naked eye. Secluded beaches are easily accessible by car within 30 minutes, so a car is highly recommended. Doesn't have to be an SUV. Sam is available at any time and communicates very quickly. Furthermore, he or Lefteris are always available with tips and advice. Sam and Anel are more than super hosts and I can recommend their villa villa 200%.

We felt very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the patio. The apartment is practically furnished - for a simple breakfast and meal you will find everything you need. The hosts were very friendly, even provided a few small things and fruit. They also sent us a nice message with excursion tips. We immediately fell in love with Diaskari Beach - a not so crowded (at least in early June) beach, about 10 minutes away by car with a nice tavern and hammocks on the beach.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

We just stayed for one night. It was a great stay and the apartment has everything that you might need, coffee machine, washing machine etc. We were welcomed with some Raki and bottled water. Internet worked well. Loved it

A very good room in a quiet spot at the edge of Hersonissos, clean and equipped for every need. The various little touches make it stand out. Checking in and out is easy and convenient. Our Vangelis was there for every service, kind and pleasant. The treats made us feel welcome and started our stay pleasantly. We would book this room again and recommend it.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until the night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise, absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had breakfast comfortably on the balcony.

Great place to stay, within walking distance of centre. Giannis is a fabulous host and was so responsive and helpful to any queries we had. He. left us eggs and fruits and other goodies. Highly recommend Giannis place. Thanks for letting us stay we loved it.

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.
