The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Very comfortable house in a quiet area, close to the Brocéliande hiking trails. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all facilities, spacious and quiet terrace for outdoor dining, with lawn and sheltering trees and chirping birds. Large living space to read, watch TV, ... in less good weather. Spacious modern bathroom, the bedrooms are wonderfully cool with a good bed.

Very good stay! Quiet environment. We really enjoyed the enclosed garden (for our dogs) and the games available under the awning (table football, darts, ping pong). Some technical issues but quickly resolved thanks to the responsiveness of the host. Thank you!

Joffrey is a very welcoming, receptive and accommodating host. 3 Nights in the accommodation, very good bed in 180, small kitchen sufficient for a few days, parking space nearby.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We enjoyed stating here very much, its a pretty village and very close to Ploermel and only 30 minutes to Vannes. Dinner in the hotel is excellent.

We had a great time with the family in this accommodation, beautiful spaces, very large well-equipped room. As well as the accommodation, towels, bed linen... A very nice, well-fenced exterior with children is really perfect!! Karine and Thierry were very responsive and answered our questions very kindly and quickly. A big thank you☺️.

we were there for the 2nd time. A wonderful stay in a quiet location. Lots of possibilities for excursions within a reasonable radius. Paula and Barac are super friendly. They are there when you need them, but respect your privacy. Will definitely come back.

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.
