Villa holiday rentals in Mauritius

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. Absolutely recommend this villa. Thank you Garry Martyn and Christine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est vraiment bien situé, quartier sécurisé et très pratique pour faire des activités dans le sud-ouest de l’île. Lits très confortables, pas de vis à vis avec le voisinage, quartier très calme, déco et matériaux modernes… le confort d’un hôtel avec la femme de ménage qui peut aussi préparer de supers bons repas sur demande. Le jardin est encore plus beau que sur les photos, nouveau deck et beaucoup de plantes… bref nous reviendrons sûrement dans cette maison lors d’un prochain voyage à l’île Maurice. On a adoré! Merci aussi à Veronique pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils.

the place is ideally located a few steps away from the beach . The house is modern and clean and very functional, nicely decorated and spacious. The outside area is enjoyable at any time of the day thanks to the protected veranda. Nice to have a shower and a water point to be able to rinse and hand stuff from the beach . Airconditioning in each room makes even the hottest nights cool - even though it was not always necessary. Good supplier of kitchenware. The beach is good for kids and water sports, always very quiet even on the busiest days. no noise from neighbors or road as the location is secluded enough. If back to Mauritius, we will be back!

Très belle maison de vacances avec calme . La personne qui vient nettoyer tous les matin c’est très agréable ! Un peu de mal à s’habituer à mettre et enlever l alarme mais au moins on se sent en sécurité

Our stay at Regine’s and Marina’s place was beyond our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised how good the location of this accommodation is. The house is beautiful and has a private access to the beach with great snorkeling! Marina and Regine provided us all the information that we found very useful and helpful! We cannot recommend this accommodation enough and it was our pleasure to be their guests. If you are planning coming to Mauricius you should definitely consider booking this place, because our experience was perfect!:) Thank you Marina and Regina for everything.

Mohamed and his wife were so welcoming. They gave lots of local advice and were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he kindly checked in with us every couple of days to ensure we were ok and if we needed anything. The house was lovely, spacious and very tastefully decorated with everything we needed. By the end of our trip I felt Mohamed was a friend. Highly recommend and when all’s said and done they just want you to have a great holiday and will do everything they can to make it great.

Nous avons séjourné, avec mes parents (quatre adultes et deux enfants en bas âge) A l’arrivée (horaire souple) petites attentions nous attendaient (appréciable), nous avons découvert une maison conforme à la description qu’il en est faite (sécurisée, spacieuse, propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne…) dans une petite rue au calme, à 5 minutes à peine de la plage à pied . Piscine agréable et possibilité de rentrer une voiture dans la cour (même deux) Yoshi et sa maman sont des personnes très agréable, nous vous recommandons vivement leur location !!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce magnifique logement. Tout était comme décrit sur l’annonce et Xavier a été un hôte parfaitement à l’écoute. Bien plus qu’un toit sur la tête il nous a offert l’expérience de l’île et la gentillesse de ses habitants. Nous avons eu besoin de quelqu’un pour garder nos deux enfants le temps d’une journée et il nous a trouvé la personne parfaite pour ça. Nous ne sommes restés que 4 nuits cette fois mais nous reviendrons chez Xavier avec plaisir. Merci pour tout.

Parfait! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa confortable, paisible et bien aménagée. Même si le lieu est pensé pour les familles, nous sommes venus sans enfants et nous en avons profité tout autant. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, avec énormément d’équipements du quotidien disponibles. Le super ++++ perso: pouvoir jouer de la guitare en vacances avec les instruments de la maison!! Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu à tous les voyageurs qui cherchent un endroit impeccable, où tout est simple et pratique. Merci pour votre accueil sympathique et on reviendra avec grand plaisir!

A wonderful stay. The villa has spectacular views to the north and the layout for indoor/outdoor relaxation is fantastic. A lovely pool that gets north sun so is warm even in Mauritius 'winters'. Daily cleans from Pooga worked well - I was alone so never availed myself of any of her cooking which I gather is also an option. The place is near 'everything' - the best restaurant in the country is 20 mins away and there are tons of options 5-15 mins away. Groceries are as little as 5 mins away, 12 tops. Nice spa is also only 5 minutes away. Sunsets are glorious every night. Looking forward to another visit!

We had a great stay at the villa. It looks exactly like the photos, beautiful villa with a private beach access. The host was super responsive and guided us throughout our stay. The location of the villa is huge positive. Great eateries are closeby. Mon Choisy beach is at a walkable distance. We would definitely love to visit again.

Lovely house, spacious and airy. Comfortable beds. Well positioned between the sea and the pool with a breeze keeping the temperature perfect the whole time (I guess this may vary at different times but we great for us). Cook (Dorine) and cleaner were attentive and kept the place clean and use fed well. Sophie was available and responsive before and during our stay with advice and suggestions as needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing, quiet and comfortable holiday.

Wow! What can I say about Chris’ place? It was wonderful, very clean and well equipped. Beautiful setting and plenty of great restaurants to walk to. Chris was very attentive, always answering messages quickly. He was also very accommodating in letting us stay later on our last day as we had a night flight home. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to return some time. Thank you Chris.

hands down the best airbnb experience i have ever had! The Villa is located in a luxury, safe and well managed resort. View from all the rooms in the villa is breathtaking. Over looking the huge pool and a well maintained garden. The amount of privacy, security and comfort you will not find elsewhere, which is very crucial as i was traveling with my family. Nicolas was responsive in communication, Hans (property manager) welcomed us and stayed in touch throughout the stay. No wonder why this villa is a 5/5. My wife and son loved the pool. You get to use all the perks, room service and facilities, pretty much everything you may need in a resort. Nicolas is kind enough to offer a golf cart in the villa at your disposal, which was super helpful in commuting within the huge resort. This is definitely my new favorite spot and a yearly place to visit!

My family (5 kids, 2 adults) spent the most amazing 2 weeks at Isabelle's villa and couldn't have asked for anything better to relax and enjoy on our vacation. Her luxury home was equipped with all the amenities one could hope for, and felt nothing like a rental but everything like home. It was decorated with great taste, upscale furnishings, comfortable linens and had everything down to a security system, batteries, mosquito repellent, sewing kit, and every other little thing you don't realize you need until you need them. The kids loved the pool, the bunk beds, the numerous books, the beach area with rocks and the breathtaking sunsets. The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds, the fully equipped luxury kitchen including the Nespresso machine, the large front garden and the accessibility of the home by car. You can feel all the love that Isabelle has poured into this place, she is an amazing host and provided great recommendations, which made our stay fantastic. We'll be back!

Where do I start? Martin’s place was exceptional. It’s everything it looks like in the pics, if not better! The house is equipped with everything you need - we were never left needing something that we couldn’t find in the kitchen. What made this trip exceptional was Martin’s recommendations and how quick he was to respond - we always felt in safe hands. Extra extra extra special thank you to Patrice and Lona who take care of the property and made the check in/check out process a breeze and really were a what’s app away whenever we needed ANYTHING! We’re going back for sure. Thanks for making Mauritius a beautiful place to visit for us!!

The staff was incredibly attentive, offering help instantly for any queries or requests we had, which truly made us feel welcomed and valued. The villa itself is perfectly situated, providing an ideal blend of privacy and accessibility. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in a tranquil environment while still being within reach of restaurants and supermarkets . Whether we wanted to relax by the pool, explore nearby beaches, or enjoy local dining options, the location couldn't have been better. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit. It was the perfect getaway for us! Thank you for such an unforgettable exp.

Magnifique maison très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la communication avec le Kentish et Anisha. Et la piscine....tellement belle et agréable! Une voiture est indispensable, la maison est bien situee à 5 minutes de la mer en voiture de mêmeet pour le supermarché. Une maison en construction est à côté, si vous visitez l île et partez assez tôt vers 9h vous ne serez pas derangé. La maison est très bien sécurisée. Nous reviendrons!!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la maison d’Isabelle, tout s’est bien passé. La maison est grande et confortable, située dans une résidence très calme, et avec la piscine littérallement à quelques pas de la terrasse, nos filles ont adoré ! Il est possible d’accéder à pied à la plage en passant par le fond de la résidence. Il y a eu un petit problème électrique sur la terrasse et Isabelle a été très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien être, et le problème a été réglé très rapidement, merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

Premessa necessaria, posto magnifico e casa davvero bella ed accogliente. Quindi consiglio l’esperienza, molto positiva. Uniche pecche nei dettagli: la cucina ed un bagno avevano le lampadine bruciate, dopo una nutrita corrispondenza con il personale di concierge nessuno ci attendeva all’arrivo (check-in previsto per le 14:00 ma abbiamo chiesto di anticipare considerando la durata del volo). All’arrivo non abbiamo trovato acqua in bottiglia (dopo 14 ore di viaggio sarebbe stata gradita). Stoviglie da rilavare, lavastoviglie che non ha lavato adeguatamente, solo qualche cialda di caffe. Quando si pagano 2.500 euro la settimana certe cose andrebbero adeguate. Ad ogni modo si tratta di dettagli, la casa, la vista e la posizione hanno risposto ogni problema

Rosemay was an amazing host, always kind, responsive, and so thoughtful. There was one occasion where we had a few extra questions, and instead of just helping over the phone, she went out of her way to come by the villa after work. We all thought that was such a sweet gesture, and she even brought fruit for us and chocolate for my daughter! She truly went above and beyond and has been the best host we have had. The villa itself was lovely, and we especially loved the size of the pool, my daughter practically lived in it during our stay! On our last day, Rosemay was flexible with the check-out time, which made a big difference for us as our flight was later in the day. She also shared lots of helpful recommendations for food and shopping in the area. Thank you for making our stay so special, we will definitely recommend your place to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marine's villa. It's an outstanding property with fantastic views of the the ocean, sunsets, and stars at night. Well maintained garden, spacious patio (much bigger than expected from the photos), and endless opportunities to sit, read & relax. Inside, the house offers everything you would expect. We appreciated the sea kayaks to explore the lagoon. Water is shallow and perfect for kids who can even see some nice fish close to the shore. We can clearly recommend this property!

Zentral in Trous d Eau Douce gelegen, mit dem Auto können umliegende Ziele und Strände gut erreicht werden. Die Menschen im Dorf sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus: die Parterrewohnungen sind sehr ringhörig (Nachbarn). Die Zimmer mit Glaswänden etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 😏 immerhin hat es gute Vorhänge, um die Privatshpäre zu gewähren.
