Lake/Ocean Seasonal Rental

My place, adjoining the owners' house, located in a large wooded garden is 10 minutes from the great lake of Maubuisson, 15 minutes from the Ocean and close to the Medoc vineyards. For the months of July and August a minimum of 2 nights is required . It includes an equipped kitchen living room, a bedroom with 140 bed one bedroom with 2 beds of 90, a closet in each. Outdoor terrace of 8 m2 with garden furniture sheltered from a blind. Washing machine room, outdoor games for young and old.

HOURTIN, lovely independent and quiet cottage

Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the island for children, 10 km from the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. In the front a sunny wooden terrace and in the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bikes. The interior is neat, comfortable, cozy and very well-equipped. cared for bedding Two bikes are provided (padlock)

A multitude of activities (including golf, archery, tennis, yoga, children's club) are available to you and a heated pool can accommodate you from April to November.

Cottage renovated during the winter of 2022/2023. To live naked in a natural environment (pine forest/beaches). The 4* naturist village of La Jenny has many activities (golf, heated pools, tennis, shops, etc.). Independent turtledove cottage with large private terraces, partly covered, outdoor shower (hot/cold water) and garden. Come and enjoy this little earthly paradise that will fill you with happiness. Fully fenced garden – Secure 8.4 x 4.1 m private pool – TV – washing machine – dishwasher – internet – microwave. 1 adult bedroom and 1 children's bedroom on the main level, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet – 2 independent bedrooms on the ground floor (2 140 beds), 1 terrace overlooking the forest.

The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.

LACHANAU PARADIS, 80 m2 on the Lake, WIFI, bikes

200 m from the lake in a preserved place, close to the village of Hourtin (1.4 km), the same as the port and 14 km from the ocean, you can choose to take a bike to safely circulate on the bike paths to, go to the beach, by the lake or go around the lake to discover the fauna and flora of the lake and the marsh, not forgetting the forest landscapes of the Médoc, the large beach and the estuary to discover !

Located in the heart of Hourtin, our wooden house offers you a pleasant and peaceful stay. This is our main house that we built with our own hands. We put our heart and our savings in it. Today, its construction is completed and offers a good setting where it's good to live. So we want to share with you this little corner of paradise and allow us to go on vacation in our turn.
