Beach house holiday rentals in Mattinata

together with my partner we chose this accommodation since it is a few steps from the Vignanotica beach and having brought the kayak with us was excellent! The accommodation is completely immersed in nature so silence and tranquility are guaranteed. Everything was perfect for our needs, we also took advantage of the small barbecue available to the house. Lucia was very nice and responsive and also took us in a very appreciated cadeau

Small place but clean and equipped with everything you need. Salvatore was nice and helpful. Dinner two nights at the "red cup" that is really close by, friendly staff, well eaten both times, plus positive note (for those like us traveling with the wood in tow) no problem with access with the dog

Our stay in Vieste was wonderful. The owners from the beginning made us feel at home,offering us fruits from the garden....They advised us very well on places to visit and restaurants to go to for lunch or dinner. The house is very nice,has a paradisiacal environment and an idyllic outdoor pool to enjoy it. We advise this place to 100%.Thanks for everything

We were warmly welcomed by 2 enthusiastic and helpful sisters. The cottage is located in the middle of the city. But it is also ideal for trips to Viesta, the vast coast, Monte Sant'Angelo,…. The cottage is nicely decorated and equipped with all the comforts. Recommended!

We had a lovely time in the little house by the sea. The location is fantastic. A restaurant is also directly accessible via the pebble beach. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos. The covered terrace was great, even in the rain, also for working with wifi. It is recommended to have breakfast on the roof terrace if the weather allows. Sheets and towels were also provided, although it was not described. We enjoyed it very much, thank you Antonio

Peaceful residence with a beautiful view of the sea, the pool was superb, a top geographical location, close to shops, beautiful beaches and especially 10 minutes from Vieste. Sante us to share good tips for outings and always available. Thank you Sante, we had a great holiday!

A very beautiful and peaceful place with stunning views surrounded by olive groves. Both Claudio and Veronica were very helpful and Veronica always responded to anything we needed.

Recommended especially for those with small children, it has a small playground and a very comfortable pool. Located 2 minutes from the sea and 5 from Vieste. Recommended

We had a great time in Angela’s beautiful place. She was the perfect host, super communicative and informative and took the time to explain how everything worked which was really appreciated. She gave us plenty of information on the area and what to do. But the highlight was the bedroom with the French door view right over the ocean where we would watch sailing boats go by and the ocean change during the day. It was perfect. Everything we needed was within short walking distance. We loved staying here and will be back!! Perfect relaxation and so quiet and peaceful! Thank you Angela!

Marco was responsive and friendly. The place is very nice and quiet. The village can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The place is very nice and clean. The only drawback was the heat, even at night with the windows open there was no air even with a lot of wind. There was still an air conditioner. I recommend the place.

Truly a niceplace, spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the accessories for a comfortable stay. The information was timely and comprehensive. Very satisfied with the choice.

We liked the place; it was nice and quiet with a super cool view. However, we had a small issue with the gas oven. To make coffee, we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Other things was fine place close to the beach with car took 6 minutes.

Great location for family with kids; a 5-minute walk to the beach through a green alley; a 10 minute walk to restaurants and port where boats can be rent; a 5-minute walk to the bus station taking you to the city center (which is small snd awesome in terms of view, restaurants, etc. Kids loved it) or even a 20-minute walk if missing the bus; fully equipped and very clean house, surrounded by vegetation; spacious enough and good temperature control even during very hot weather outside; privacy ensured by vegetation.

Valeria's house is in a perfect location: two minutes from the pedestrian and strategic area to reach the beauties nearby. It's charming and tastefully furnished. Having two bathrooms and, above all, two kitchens make it extremely comfortable. Needless to say, the terrace is the highlight with a fantastic view that has made our breakfasts and dinners special. Valeria is a exquisite and very nice person, very caring, just like Eleonora. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Rosa is a very welcoming and above all helpful host. The apartment was super clean, the kitchen had everything you need. The apartment is in a residence and has parking spaces indoors. The free beach is easily accessible from a private gate in front of the entrance gate of the residence and never too crowded. For those who want, there are also equipped facilities. The village is close and easily accessible both by car and on foot. There is also a well-stocked mini market near the residence.

House very well located in relation to the sea: 2 different beaches accessible (equipped with umbrellas ) in a few minutes . Location in pine trees and multiple trees that are a little cool. The air conditioning and fans keep the house not too hot. Small supermarket within walking distance. A very good restaurant (in a "trabucco") next door. The village Peschici ( now a seaside resort) is a few minutes drive away (very busy in August). Pointe St Nicolas where the house is located is occupied by various holiday residences. The one where the house is located is quiet but we regretted the noisy daily entertainment on the evening of the residence next door in August.
