Holiday rentals with a patio in Matraman

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in Jakarta! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the WiFi was strong throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. The location is super convenient—close to cafes, convenience stores, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and a guidebook with local recommendations. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or tips about the area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It was my first time visiting Jakarta. There is a Lotte Mart nearby, so you can get everything there. With cheap Grab taxis, you can get around as you wish. Start your Jakarta journey with a friendly host and a modern and great apartment.👍

stay on Radinda's place is lovely, the room is exactly same with picture, easy to find and connect with the mall. She so responsif when we ask of something. I will stay again in the future.

To anyone who wish to stay in the Central Jakarta area (particularly close to Salemba, Cikini, & Menteng) either for one day staycation or business trip I strongly recommend to book this place. Rifan as a host also very responsive and informative in replying any message or concern from his guest. Initially I have no expectations at all in staying in this place as the only reason I book it due to its location that is very close to RSCM (Indonesian National Hospital) where I need to be there for family matters. However, with the sufficient facilities in the apartment like swimming pool, gym, and jacuzzi unexpectedly I could enjoy more of my stay. The apartment also spacious and has 2 bathrooms. Overall, should I have another need in the area, definitely will come back.

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.
