Tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié d’être à l‘écart de la ville. La maison est grande, propre. L’extérieur est très agréable, belle vue. La piscine est vraiment très appréciable car il fait très chaud. Un petit bémol, il faisait trop chaud dans les chambres malgré les ventilateurs.

Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren drei Töchtern (13, 13, 16) sehr genossen. Besonders der Ausblick und der Pool waren fantastisch. Das Haus und die Terrasse sind sehr schön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Toll war es auch, dass wir fußläufig 2 ausgezeichnete Trattorien erreichen konnten, natürlich auf Empfehlung von Marina. Die Straße von Lucca aus ist schmal und kurvig, teilweise etwas aufregend... Wir waren mit einem großen Ford Transit unterwegs.... alles machbar. Man wird oben von der unglaublichen Aussicht belohnt, besonders nachts mit den Lichtern von Lucca, den Sternen und den Glühwürmchen. Ein schöner Ort mit hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.

Toller Aufenthalt !!! Sehr unkomplizierte und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Filippo. Wohnungs-Übergabe entsprechend einfach. Es ist eine wunderschöne und absolut stilvolle Wohnung !!! Es handelt sich um einen alten Stall, der sehr liebevoll und gekonnt in die heutige Funktion als Ferienwohnung übertragen wurde - unter Sichtbarhaltung der alten Funktionen. Wirklich total toll ! Schöne und gemütliche Beleuchtung. Frühstück draußen haben wir trotz Oktober noch sehr genossen. Absolut ruhige Lage!! Tolle Badezimmer! Sehr individuell und hübsch. Alles an dieser Wohnung ist einzigartig !!! VIELEN DANK !!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Tuscan Escape Just Outside Lucca's Walls! Our stay at this duplex was wonderful, earning every single one of its five stars! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our arrival completely stress-free. The location is truly unbeatable. Being just a 9-minute drive outside the historic walls of Lucca offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. We enjoyed peaceful evenings in a gorgeous back yard, yet could easily pop into Lucca within minutes to explore its stunning architecture, vibrant piazzas, and fantastic restaurants. The short drive meant we avoided the bustle of staying right in the center, and parking was a breeze with a free parking lot just a short walk from the walls. The duplex itself is a gem. It’s beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and felt immediately like a home away from home. Would 100% rebook at this location! 🩷

La Chiusa di Nanni di Giovanna è un posto veramente confortevole, perfetto per trascorrere una vacanza immersi nel verde. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno e la zona relax, una bella vasca idromassaggio che mio figlio ha adorato dal primo momento e un giardino dove è stato un piacere passare il nostro tempo. La casa è pulitissima e accogliente. Abbiamo cenato da Giovanna e il marito Franco nel loro ristorantino, ci hanno fatto sentire tutta la passione e la cura con cui gestiscono questo bellissimo posto. Grazie!

Clear and switable. Mark is a very hospitable guy. Beautiful surrounding nature. If you want to feel Italian soul and stile this is a prompt place.

We enjoyed our 2-weeks stay at Donatella’s place. Indeed hospitable and welcoming hosts. The house itself is very nice, well furnished and equipped. The area around the house has a garden with grill amenities and a parking lot. Within a 3-minutes walkable distance there’s a store, 4-minutes drive takes you to the closest supermarket, but the real thing is that there’s a Michelin star restaurant right next to the property less than 200’metes. Other places to be reached from property: Lucca - 20 minutes, beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi - 45 minutes and Florence - 1,5 hrs. It’s definitely recommendation for a private stay in the Tuscany and sure we will come back.

We spend a wonderful week at Elisabeth's ! The house is very pleasant, the view is spectacular, and it is very easy to live there for a 12 persons group. The village nearby is cosy too, you can find the bare necessities in walking distance and there is a larger supermarket accessible in 15 minutes by car. Elisabeth was really proactive in preparing our arrival, and the instructions for arrival were very clear. Thanks a lot again for this wonderful time ! We will come back again if we have the opportunity. :-)
