It would summarize the listing as a great cost-benefit. The infrastructure is good. Everything functional and there is everything that is needed. It's a distance from going to the beach on foot, but it's not that close. Communication with the host very good.

Very spacious house, fully met expectations! Well-equipped kitchen, large swimming pool, good barbecue. We had a good time with friends, lots of laughter. Very spacious room with TV and everything available for use. I am very grateful to Celio, we loved the three days we stayed at the house, we highly recommend it!

Super comfortable house were 13 people in total and it was quiet cozy and airy house, next to the beach the host was very attentive gave all the necessary instructions I recommend and when we return to the city for sure we will prioritize this stay!
