Holiday rentals with beach access in Matinhos

We have nothing but praise for our stay in Caiobá in this apartment, which in addition to being extremely organized and clean, everything is very new and tasteful. We are immensely grateful for the affection in welcoming us in a differentiated and cozy way. We hope to return as soon as possible and will always try to give priority to this wonderful apartment!

The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea and the suite overlooks the forest. It's just like the pictures, carefully thought out and very well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, you really feel at home. The guidelines are clear and the host is very kind. I hope to come back sometime!

André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

The apartment is great! I spent a few days with my wife and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped, with various utensils and equipment. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. All well taken care of. The region is also very interesting, great for walking, super close to the Center, but at the same time very calm. It is worth mentioning the very good and nearby restaurants (Balbi Trattoria and Porto Campelo, for example, for walking).

Marcelo from the beginning was receptive, attentive, helpful. Organized house, impeccable in cleaning, with appropriate general items and as described in the listing of the property. It was a pleasant stay for my boyfriend and me. My boyfriend and I are spacious with luggage, so despite mentioning that it can up to 4 people, because we walked full of luggage the only place for two was great. For those who are not from the region, Marcelo knows how to guide and give a lot of information, it is a strategic stay area, as it is in the middle of the coast, in addition to it is in the area of the balnearium of caravels, quiet, familiar, but with medium and strong waves. In addition, gratitude for the place and stay, if our next tour is in the area, we will be back for sure.

Bruno was very attentive, the extremely safe, quiet place, the heated pool is the differential, the accommodation although small met our needs very well.

We greatly enjoyed the stay in the house, since before booking the communication with Juliana was easy and agile! We had some problems during the stay, in relation to the power outage, but nothing to hinder the holiday. And as soon as we communicated to her, the resolution was immediate! The house is great and the pool is wonderful! We highly recommend it!

Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it.

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

extremely clean and organized apartment, all brand new. i did not have to use it, but the very equipped kitchen, beach equipment available and clean. selma's very kind service that served us on arrival and departure, and Lucimar always replying to messages quickly, was very kind in the flexibility of our check-in. surely a place to stay again when we go to Matinhos again.

Great property, exactly as described. We will be at the attention of the impeccable Nice host, responding quickly to all questioning and request for support. The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
