We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house that has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and fun: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor amenities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a haven of peace, with a splendid view a short walk away, while being ideally located close to Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family wishing to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of little attentions during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Welcome, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we are well at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy his good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. Address to remember and share.

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. Thank you for your lovely welcome to this peaceful retreat. Everything was as described, the house is very well equipped perfect for two couples. The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the GR34 in a peaceful location. We were lucky enough to observe the local fauna and flora there for the pleasure of the eyes (doe, pheasant, hare). We'll be happy to go back!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We were two with a dog in May for 14 days in the holiday home of Alain and Alexandra. The location is absolutely quiet and directly on the hiking trail GR 34. Due to its perfect orientation, the holiday home is flooded with light all day long. The garden is lushly planted and completely opaque to the neighbors, as well as completely fenced, so that our dog could run there safely and freely. The house is cozily furnished and you like to stay there. A highlight is certainly the Jacuzzi in which you can relax wonderfully after hiking days. Shopping facilities are nearby, a good 5 minutes by car. We will be happy to return.

Very pleasant stay, we would have liked to have stayed more! The house is comfortable, and welcoming. We could take great walks to the shore of our choice without taking the car, and that's what we wanted. Thanks to Arnaud and Laurence for hosting us.

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

Soléne offers a lovingly furnished holiday home. We felt right at home and were greeted with a bottle of local apple juice. The location is great, a well-worn path leads to the main road. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a small beach shop. Along the road, you are immediately on the beach. The holiday home is the perfect base for excursions to St. Malo, Dinan or for short hikes on the peninsula.
