Waterfront holiday rentals in Matanzas

Great little place but don’t expect to be able to get any form of internet in this little location unless you roam. The place was great otherwise

Excelente, tal como se muestra en el anuncio. Excelente atención. Muy hermosa la playa de Guanabo. Me hubiera gustado quedarme toda la vida. A futuros viajeros a la zona de Guanabo les recomiendo llevar repelente de zancudos.

David and Yinet are amazing hosts! They made my arrival in Cuba so easy and treated me like family. 100% recommend. Yinet is also an excellent cook, I highly recommend ordering breakfast and dinner at the Casa. Gracias y feliz Año Nuevo!

i liked the time I spent in Matanzas at Angel's place very much. Angel was great and really helpfull in everything. Gave me a lot of tips. Hope I will come back soon. Thank you Angel.

Super accueil de notre hôte. Petite cabane de pêcheur accolée à la maison familiale. Alberto nous a fait visité la rue principale de Guanabo avec les restaurants et adresses à ne pas manquer. Journée sur la plage de mar azul (4km environ), superbe, bien pour finir le séjour en beauté. Belle rencontre typiquement cubaine.

We only stayed for three nights at Zenaida's and Pablo's but had a good time there. We were greeted very friendly with fresh juice and coconuts that grow in their backyard :) Pablo and Zenaida showed us around the house and their garden which offered many tropical fruits. They also have a very cute dog ;) The communications was a bit difficult in the beginning as we didn't speak Spanish and they don't speak English but we managed to understand each other in the end. The only thing you have to get used to is the very loud voices of the two ;) I definitely recommend that you eat at Pablo and Zenaida's, their food was very delicious, especially the breakfast was very nice. Pablo and Zenaida were very helpful when my boyfriend and friend caught a cold, they made them homemade medicine which was really good and we ended up using it even at home. They also helped us to figure out how to get to our next destination and even gave us the address of one of their friends in the area in case we needed any help there. All in all, we had a nice time at Casa Cocodrilo and would definitely recommend it. Pablo and Zenaida, thank you again for all your help and the good medicine!

Edian's place is in the perfect location—just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Varadero. We visited when the water was pristine and stunning, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was set up for us upon arrival, and the convenience and comfort of the space made our stay even better. It’s truly a prime location—we couldn’t have picked a better place. Highly recommended!

Fue increíble. La estancia fue increíble, tu lugar es hermoso y la playa era genial. Era el lugar perfecto para nuestros hijos. Esta es mi segunda vez allí. Fidel fue el anfitrión perfecto y atendió todas nuestras necesidades. Es difícil con la electricidad. Pero hasta q tienen un generador. Así q todavía va tener electricidad en la casa si algo pasa. La comida de los vecinos estaba deliciosa y mucha comida para todos. In poco caro, pero valió la pena.

Jolie maison , spacieuse et confortable. On ouvre la porte et on est sur la plage, Belle vue sur la mer , nous avons pu admirer le levé du soleil depuis le balcon de la chambre. A environ 30/40mn en voiture de La Havane. Conforme à l’annonce . Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir en plus une belle piscine construite tout récemment. Markus a été d’une grande aide, de bons conseils et très arrangeant pour l’organisation de notre voyage … Merci Markus ! Merci aussi à tous les personnels de la maison, sympathiques, attentionnés , serviables et disponibles tout en respectant notre intimité, c’était parfait ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , nous recommandons.

房东是两位很和蔼的老人，还养了一只可爱的猫，房子就在第一大道边上，在整个岛靠近中间的地方，特别方便，房子很大很整洁，基本配备所有需要的物品。我的小狗也受到了欢迎。非常推荐家庭旅行入住。

Das Haus ist direkt am Strand! Im Nachbarhaus ist ein Restaurant mit Tischen direkt auf dem Strand. Giada ist immer sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Der check-in war unkompliziert. Das Haus hat eine sehr große Terrasse direkt am Strand und Liegen auf dem Sand. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem en suite Bad und einen sehr geräumigen gemeinsamen Bereich mit offener Küche. Morgens wird einem ein leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück bereitet! Für den Fall, dass der Strom ausfällt (leider war das bei uns der Fall) gibt es batteriebetriebene Ventilatoren. Es empfiehlt sich, Taschenlampen und Powerbanks mitzunehmen. Wer ein ursprüngliches Kuba erleben möchte (mit allen Vorteilen und ein paar Nachteilen) ist hier richtig.

Libbys is a great host! She provided a clear orientation and then helped us find transportation to the Cueva de los peces on the other side of the bay. Meals were excellent too. Great location and great value for a fun beach trip.
