It is a spacious house with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, with a wardrobe, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room with TV, Wi-Fi, dining room, equipped kitchen and parking. Access to a 3.5-hectare artificial lagoon and 6 swimming pools with palapas, games and green areas (10 adults and 5 small children, under 10 years old).
