Amazing family weekend! Márcio was a great host. The only suggestion I leave is to surround the empty spaces in the front with the same material as the pool fence, to avoid concerns with pets, but nothing that has hindered our experience! Everything is great.

Our stay was wonderful, especially for the reception of the splendid Marina. Meeting people like her leaves important marks on our journey. The house was wonderful! We had a 1-year-old baby and it met all expectations.

We went with 14 guests, including the children. The condominium is great, everything is well maintained and beautiful, great for walking and quiet for children to play in the street safely. The house was clean, it has exactly everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is well divided and at the same time comfortable. The pool area with a table, next to the kitchen and with a delicious lawn, allowed us to enjoy, have a wine and relax while the children had fun. Rose, the house employee, was kind, solicitous, and served us extremely well, her coffee is wonderful! Francisco is also a friendly host who showed availability all the time to make our experience the best possible. We love it!

Casa Da Chris is a beautiful villa where we spent 4 days. The photos and description perfectly match reality. Easy access with Chris' details. Located in a quiet and secure residence and 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach! Very responsive hosts who provided us with lots of tips. We will come back to it without hesitation!

The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

We spent 4 incredible days in this house. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dona Edileuza, who gave us clear instructions on the equipment, operations and general rules of the house. It was impeccably clean, rooms arranged with pillows, sheets, blankets and towels according to the number of guests. In the kitchen there were clean dishes and utensils, ready to be used. The toilets were equipped with soap and toilet paper. Everything showed great care for the guests. The beach is a few meters from the residence and the place is quite quiet. The house is so complete, that even going through days of extreme rain, we do not stop enjoying even for 1 second. Another very important point was the ease of being able to communicate with both Gerval and Dona Edileuza, our doubts were promptly resolved. We will definitely return more often!

The house of Mr. Francisco is spectacular! A charming rustic style, with antique but well-maintained furniture. The main highlight goes to the cleanliness: everything very clean and fragrant. I initially brought bedding as a precaution, but I was surprised – impeccable and perfumed sheets and towels. The atmosphere is extremely nice and the location, perfect! A few meters from a beautiful beach, with natural pools and the meeting of the river with the sea – a simply stunning look. I also had the opportunity to visit the Cachoeira dos Índios, a fantastic place to connect with nature. In addition, Mr. Francisco is very attentive, always responding quickly to messages and ready to resolve any issue. Simply fantastic hosting! We are all delighted with the experience. If you want to stay in Subaúma, in a rustic, clean house near the beach and with great cost-benefit, no doubt that's the right choice!

Second time I'm going with my family. The house is as you see in the photos. All very clean and very well equipped. The place is super quiet and beautiful. Security is great (facial recognition even to enter the beach). 10 points in everything. We felt like coming back. Ah! Host Washington is great. Wonderful house, super cozy — I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel! The condominium is impeccable, high standard, with an excellent vibe, beautiful, clean and very safe. The hostess was extremely polite and attentive, and even with the limitations on the number of visitors, she found a way, with all delicacy, so that some family members staying at another hotel could enter and everyone was together. Made all the difference! The housekeeper and cook recommendations were excellent. Incredible experience — I recommend it with my eyes closed!

My family and I spent wonderful days at Adriana's house. The house is beautiful, cozy, well equipped, comfortable, even better than what appears in the photos. The condominium is pe in the sand, super organized and the staff very polite. Adriana from the beginning was very attentive, polite and responded to us with agility. Anyway, there were days of much peace, rest and joy in this amazing house, where we intend to come back several times!
