Holiday rentals with a patio in Maslak

Great stay here! Was thoroughly informed with how to get there and how to check in. We were even suggested some local spots which was useful! Really clean cosy space. Sad to leave! Thanks Cenk

A nice apartment with a beautiful view. Conveniently located - you can easily walk anywhere you'd like or take one of the many forms of public transportation.

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

It was one of the most beautiful vacations we had. Mrs. Ebru was very attentive and smiling. The catering was very thoughtful. Our little son had a lot of fun because of the convenient neighborhood in the garden. Everything was thought out, there was nothing missing. We were very comfortable and it is an ideal place for families coming with a caregiver. Now we always stop here, we accept it as our home. Good luck to Ms. Ebru in her work and cooperation with such people makes me very happy.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I booked the place to the day I checked out, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The house itself was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort. Every corner of the property sparkled with cleanliness, which made it feel welcoming and homey right from the start. The layout was incredibly roomy, offering more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time without ever feeling cramped. The location is simply perfect. It’s conveniently situated close to all the essential amenities and attractions, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the property. Whether you’re looking to visit nearby shops, restaurants, or attractions, everything is just a short walk or drive away, which added so much convenience to our stay.💙

The house was very clean and tidy, they also helped with the check-in/check-out time. Mr. Kaan is one of the most interested hosts I have seen on airbnb, you can stay with peace of mind.

Very nice clean quiet modern flat in a desirable location. Masha was a really great host and always responsive whenever I needed something or had any questions. Hadis was there to meet us upon arrival after our very long journey. Great restaurants nearby (ASKOROZ BALIKCISI is very good and just across the busy road) and the flat is within walking distance to Istiklal Avenue and Galata Tower. Only complaints are there are no luggage racks which could be super helpful and there are several large baby items (big pack and play set up, bassinet and high chair) that Hadis said could not be collapsed or moved and they were in the way especially when trying to access the other sides of the bed. These items are not shown in the listing photos but other than that , the photos are accurate. Unfortunately we have to travel with a lot of luggage for my elderly disabled mother and so space is a premium for us but we made do. Thank you Masha for a wonderful stay and I hope to return someday!
