We spent there very nice time. We enjoy nature and animals around. Communication with Christian was perfect in English. We did not miss anything during our stay and we feel like at home. Thank you.

Very spacious and comfortable house in the old town. It was a bit difficult to locate as you need to park outside the town and walk into where the house is located. Once we figured how to get there it was ok. Parking is paid on the nearest street and there is free parking about 500 metres away. It was a long weekend when we visited so parking was difficult at times. The house has everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. It was a perfect place to relax and watch tourists coming and going. Highly recommended!

Philippe’s house is absolutely beautiful. Set in the beautiful hills near the Dordogne, it is a peaceful oasis. The house has everything you could need - lots of space, lovely bedrooms and a great living area inside. Outside you have a beautiful balcony with stunning views where we would eat our meals. The pool and garden area is lovely, so much space and incredibly relaxing. There were a few bugs around so you just have to be prepared for that, but it’s expected with the greenery all around. There is a restaurant in walking distance, and you can order fresh pastries for each morning which is amazing. Everything else is a little bit of a drive away, but nothing too far. Philippe himself is an excellent host, super friendly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to meet Philippe and stay in his gorgeous home.

This was our first stay with Air BnB and we absolutely hit gold with Mary. Everything about her lovely home in Carlux is perfect for a large family, whether it be dining on the terrace, swimming in the beautiful pool or wandering her carefully tended gardens. This home is a restorative and tranquil haven where it’s impossible not to feel really happy! The views, especially early in the morning are incredible and with access to the river just a short drive down the road, it’s easy to explore area. The local supermarket in Souillac is just a short drive and the other local markets well worth a visit too. Mary herself is a charming hostess who not only puts her guests at ease, but also provides a wealth of advice and information on where to shop, eat, visit etc. It was on her advice we visited Les Tilleuls- a really good restaurant after a day spent paddling the Dordogne! It was just a superb stay and I really would heartily recommend it to those who love the relaxed French way of life.

What a fabulous find in the peaceful and beautiful area of Bouzic. A really well appointed home with everything you need for a great stay. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need for a family or couples stay. Pool side is lovely. A great space to relax overlooking the well maintained garden and countryside. Amanda was a great host. Always responsive to questions and available when needed. Overall one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The photos do not do the home justice. Thanks again Amanda.

This place is an absolute rural french gem. Maxime was a welcoming host and very responsive. The village is beautiful and the restaurant in the square was great for easy evening food. We were near everything the dordogne has to offer. The bakery, a 2 minute walk, sold delicious croissants and there is a kittle shop for any food top-ups. I highly recommend Maxime and Veronique’s gite. We would love to stay again if we are ever back this way. It was perfect

Our stay at Trilogie d’Or was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, this charming haven blends old-world elegance with soul-warming hospitality. Nataliya and Tony are the heart of this home. Their graciousness, attention to detail, and open-hearted kindness transformed our visit into something unforgettable. One evening, as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace, hot air balloons floated across the distant sky — the kind of moment that lingers long after you’ve returned home. The rooms are exquisite—thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and filled with the kind of character that photographs simply can’t capture. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and you’re gently reminded of what it means to truly relax. We came to Trilogie d’Or as travelers… and left with new friends and a piece of this village etched into our hearts. We cannot wait to return!

We had a great stay with friends at Edwin and Javier's house. They did everything to make us feel at home and they did. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. We will return with great pleasure and thank them very warmly for the quality of their welcome.
