My family and I loved our stay at Anita’s place! The apartment looks just like the pictures and is in a fantastic location, extremely close to restaurants, bars, shops and the cable car. Although you can hear people at the nearby restaurants in the evening, they didn’t disturb our sleep and I personally loved hearing people having fun. In addition, we couldn’t hear any noise at all when we were in the second bedroom. We had a rental car and parked in one of the garages outside the medieval gate and took the free shuttle back to the gate and walked to the apartment from there. It was quite easy and not troublesome at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Giuseppe est un hôte exceptionnel, très serviable et disponible. Le village de Motta Camastra est très agréable et la vue sublime. Nous avons eu la chance d'y être pendant les 2 jours de la fête du village donc nous avons pu profiter des concerts, feux d'artifice, processions, illuminations et fanfare. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien placé dans le village et permet de profiter des différentes visites à faire aux alentours dont l'Etna. On regrette de ne pas y rester plus longtemps!

Alberto and his father Giorgio were the most gracious hosts! Giorgio took time to personally introduce me to the locals and showed me all the spots to visit in order to make the most out of my stay. I will most definitely be back!

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

Andrea was a fantastic host , super friendly , helpful and proactive . We took a wrong turn and got a little lost trying to find it and Andrea came immediately to find us and guide us to the house and he had a helpful guide printed out and sent electronically which had useful suggestions and some good restaurant tips. He also offered some fresh vegetables from his garden . The house is cosy and comfortable with a beautiful garden full of herbs and flowers and a refreshing little pool. It is only a short drive from the main town but sufficient to be quiet, safe, secluded and in a more natural environment It suited us as we like disconnecting from our city lives and getting back to simple living and enjoying nature . The view of Etna and ocean views were wonderful to enjoy over a beer or wine. We thought it was a good location for our 3 day visit to see Etna and a day trip to Taormina . We were very happy and wish Andrea and his family all the best .

Nous avons été super bien accueilli avec un petit cadeau de bienvenu, on a trouvé ça trés gentil. Francesco est présent si vous avez besoin et il est de bons conseilles pour les visites. Le logement est trés agréable et cocooning, tout prés de l'etna. Nous le recommandons, trés bon hote. Merci Francesco pour le séjour et l'aide apporté. La prochaine fois que l'on vient sur l'île, ça sera chez vous.

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Absolut schöne Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer. Die Balkone sind ein Traum. Toller Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen und perfekt Startpunkt für super Ausflüge in der Gegend. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Nous avons eu un accueil amical et chaleureux avec Pina . La maison est extrêmement propre, spacieuse, confortable. Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques. Vues sur la mer d’un côté, l’Etna de l’autre côté. Des fleurs à profusion. Calme et sérénité garantie .Pina a été très accueillante et nous a donné de nombreuses informations. Même si la maison est isolée nous avons eu toutes les indications nécessaires pour y arriver. C’est une maison typique, meublée avec goût et surtout remplie d’attentions pour y être comme chez soi . Nous recommandons vivement cette endroit !!!

Bra beskrivning och medföljande videoklipp för att hitta boendet, vilket var svårt via Google maps. En rejäl stigning med bilen, som var väl mödan värt! Oerhört vackert boende och omgivning med fantastisk pool! Cinzia var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam vid frågor och funderingar. Castelmola som by var också den väldigt vacker och det fanns många mysiga restauranger att äta på. Rekommenderar starkt!

It was a real fantastic accommodation, outside the hustle and bustle of city life we found this oasis of peace and tranquillity. The view is amazing and Giuseppe the best host you can get, very thoughtful and communicative. Highly recommended!

Sehr entspanntes Anwesen direkt am Etna - etwas rustikaler aber mit sehr viel Charme. Wir waren mit Baby hier und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Berglage genossen. Vor Ort gab es alles, was wir brauchten und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ende Mai war es dort auf 700m Höhe noch etwas frisch, weshalb wir den Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Ich denke am besten kommt man hier im Sommer hin, wenn es an der Küste schon zu heiß ist und man vor der Hitze fliehen will. Wir konnten den großen Außenbereich aber trotzdem sehr geniessen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich und die Anfahrt von der Küste ist stellenweise steil, kurvig und zieht sich ziemlich hin - da hat man nicht sehr oft Bock drauf.. Wir haben auch deshalb nur jeden zweiten Tag Ausflüge gemacht und ansonsten viel am Haus entspannt. Andrea war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und obwohl er selbst in den Urlaub gefahren ist, sehr gut zu erreichen.

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

La descrizione corrisponde esattamente all’alloggio, anzi forse non rendono come dovrebbero. Area esterna riparata da tanti alberi e quindi piacevole vivere il giardino. Casa pulitissima. Host impeccabile.

Sehr schönes Anwesen zwischen Catania und Messina am Ätna gelegen. Sehr ruhig, aber kurze Wege mit dem Mietwagen zum einkaufen oder ans Meer. Das Haus bietet Platz und Komfort. Hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Ätna und das Meer. Das Klima war im April sehr angenehm, so dass weder Heizung noch Klimaanlage nötig waren (was das Haus beides besitzt). Der Gastgeber war zum Check in und zum Check out persönlich anwesend und richtete sich nach unserem Zeitplan. Auch gab er viele Hinweise zum Haus, zur Umgebung, zu möglichen Ausflügen und zu Restaurants. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und konnten die Zeit genießen.

Exquisite property—indoors and outdoors. The antique decor and space is beyond description. We felt part of an immaculate and charming walk into the past. The cohosts were friendly and helpful. We would stay again and highly recommend the experience. The cafes in the neighbourhood are unsurpassed. Great place for family reconnection. Thank you so much.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! A great place for a fair price a bit outside of town centre but can get metro for 1€ to town in about 15 min. The place is more uphill so you get a great view from balcony.

we had a lovely time, breathtaking surroundings, short drive to Taormina main town. the host was really helpful, gave amazing tips on where to go and eat. highly recommend
